I had a very positive experience when I visited the West Malling forecourt.

DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!! GRAHAM WAS THE MOST IMPERTINENT MAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, PLUS HE’S A LIAR!! THE SALES STAFF ARE UNINTERESTED AND DON’T LISTEN TO YOU. IF YOU FIND SOMETHING QUESTIONABLE ABOUT THE CAR, SUCH AS GLASS SHARDS IN THE CAR THEY WONT LOOK INTO IT TO GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND. THE CARS HAVE PRICE TAGS IN AT LOWER PRICES, WHICH THEY LET YOU SEE BUT WONT HONOR THE PRICE. THEY CLAIM THESE “HAVENT BEEN UPDATED” SO WHY HAVE PRICE TAGS IN THE CARS AT ALL, ESPCIALLY AT THE POINT SOMEONE IS VIEWING THE CAR - TAKE IT OUT AT LEAST! THEY EXPECT YOU TO ONLY VISIT ONCE AND BUY THAT SAME DAY. IF YOU DON’T BUY, YOU MUST GIVE THEM A £500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT – THEY REALLY PUT THE PRESSURE ON THIS. IF YOU DON’T BUY A CAR OR LEAVE A NON-REFUNDBALE DEPOSIT, THEY IMMEDITATLY GATHER THEIR STUFF AND TELL YOU TO LEAVE – AS BLUNT AS THAT. OH, AND IF YOU ASK FOR THEIR NAME, THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE – OURS SAID HIS NAME WAS BILL WHEN HIS COLLEAGUES TOLD US IT WAS GRAHAM. WHEN WE CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT HIS INSOLENT ATTITUDE, HE BASICALLY SAID HE WOULD NOT WASTE TIME WITH US WHEN WE’RE NOT BUYING THAT DAY BECAUSE SOMENE ELSE WOULD GET THE SALE! WE HAD EVERY INTENTION OF RETURNING FOR THE CAR DESPITE THE GLASS AND DODGY PRICING, BUT THERE IS NO CHANCE OF THAT NOW. I WOULDN’T SPEND ANOTHER MINUTE AT BIG MOTORING WORLD, LET ALONE MY MONEY.

Would have given them 5 stars if it wasnt for a long wait at collection.

Theres a lot to like about Big Motoring World. Prices are some of the most competitive I could find. The staff are useful without being pushy. The buying process is social distanced but still fairly smooth.

We visited with our girls to view a new car for the family. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming.

Awful service. Booked test drive by phone in the morning. Travelled a distance to view car & waited an hour and a half before seen by anyone. Refused to be able to test drive as they were too busy. Would not recommend.

My stepson and his wife purchased a car from these crooks and it broke down on the way home. They were advised to take it to their local Vauxhall dealer who condemned it as it required a new engine. Big Motoring World would not pay for this and when they asked for their money back were told they couldn’t as they had possessed the vehicle for more than ten days. Utterly ridiculous bearing it mind it was with Vauxhall the whole time ! B.M.W have now collected the vehicle but still refuse to return their money as “ they need to inspect it “ first, like they know better than the main dealer. It is all just stalling tactics. They have now been without a vehicle for some time and with 3 young children and aren’t even able to go shopping. I would urge anyone thinking of buying from here to reconsider. They do not allow prospective buyers to have a wander round and have a salesperson accompany you in order to use hard sell tactics. The vehicles are also batch purchased at auction and although I’m sure some customers luck in and a get good one there’s plenty more who find they’re stuck with a lemon. I would have given a zero rating for all items but this does not seem possible.

Very pleased with the customer service I received from the customer care team.

So far so good with Big Motoring World. Everything was arranged online with a socially distanced pick up. Car seems to be a purchase.

Sold me a car that should not be on the road with With false documents so avoid and buy a car somewhere else or make sure you check everything out before you hand over any money as the warranty is a complete joke Avoid
