Bought a Mini Cooper from Brooke MOT Centre with a few miles on the clock. The condition was very good and the vehicle was immaculate. The price was fair and I was given a six month warranty with the car. Had a minor issue with it which was resolved quickly, without argument and a courtesy vehicle provided while it was in the garage. Great service and a helpful and friendly bunch of blokes.

Garages don’t always get it right but these guys are very good at their jobs. Straight talking very keen to understand any issues and to act accordingly. I have bought cars from them, my family use them I can only recommend them.

Recently purchased a car BMW M3 from manny, as part of the deal it was reluctantly agreed to have a new MOT on the car. The MOT was carried out the day I picked the car up by Brooke MOT Centre, it flew through with no issues or advisories, so I had been told ! . Long story short i ended up having to take the car to my local garage after finding oil on the garage floor. Turns out the car had 6!!! Instant failures including a brake pipe spilt that had been taped up!!! Various corrosion points on the chassis an excessive play on suspension arms followed by 4 advisories. I was gutted to be told an shown this. I immediately rang manny his attitude was shocking with responses quote" the guys are like robots there just there to get the car's out ect but not once any offer of resolvement or apologies were given. This clearly indicates that the MOT Centre lacks professionalism and duty of care . So please be aware when having any dealings with these people.

It appears Brooke MOT Centre and manager picks and chooses which customers he wants to treat with respect and look after, we purchased a car from him after an abrupt phone call with him to start with, telling me he didn’t want my business if I was in a hurry for a car (as I have a family with young children & 6 months pregnant, our car had just broke) so on listening to his explanation that he liked to make sure all cars were up to scratch to be sold we fell for his car sales jargon! On viewing the car he was polite & the typical sales man, my partner found multiple issues with the car oil leak, needing brake pads, broken rear seat, sensors gone, tracking out, no mot nor had the service been done as advertised. We still were so desperate & liked the car we paid an extortionate deposit of £990 and gave Manny the manager 2 wks to fix the faults. It came to the end of the 2wks & still the car was not ready, We were told he was busy & had numerous cars to sort out. Not sure how that is us the paying customers fault. He took yet another week, when finally I had to call him & explain that pregnant & with young children I was having to walk 7miles a day & needed this car. He snapped & said have our money back!!!! Which I did not feel appropriate having put our trust in him originally & losing 2-3 wks waiting for the car we actually liked & wanted to be up to scratch like his advert sold it. He then offered a courtesy car so we traveled back to his garage over an hour away to collect it, he gave us a tiny clio considering we were buying a 7 seater family car from him. We still continued for a further 2 wks to give him time ‘to fix’ the car. On finally collecting the car it still had a steering wheel shake & some sort of issue electrical it seemed. We fought for our money back after all of the upset, rudeness & time wasted. The garage did pay us our full refund but this is not to mention the money wasted on changing insurance & running back & forth over an hour away to sort these problems. The mot was also put through illegally as it still had an oil leak. Any customers that have had a good experience with this garage must be a one off pot luck. As we found this garage dis-organised, willing to take your money but not willing to listen or sort problems as promised and all in all the worst experience we have had. The manager is extremely rude and needs a course in working with the general public and management obviously. Steer clear at all costs!

Recently purchased my Bmw 435 M convertible from brooke sales. Decided to buy it over the phone as it was still under bmw warranty. I had it delivered, turned up as described, slight mark on one of the alloys, apart from that very happy!
