Just bought a car from this dealer and was very impressed by the friendly helpful service of the salesman. Did not feel in any way pressurised to buy and once the decision was made he kindly helped me with all the necessary paperwork. The warranty given with the car was more comprehensive than that provided by most dealerships. Would heartily recommend.

We didn't expect to buy a car yesterday, as we purely set out to have a look and maybe a test drive. The vehicle we went to look at was exactly the same as our current car apart from it was 3 years newer, less miles, and in a different colour. I will start this by stating I am now a person who writes reviews normally but I am I am incredibly impressed by Brooke MOT Centre I felt I should. The initial service was excellent and the after sale care truly brilliant. I purchased two used cars around Christmas time 2015 one had no issues at all. The other had an issue but nothing that any mechanic anywhere could have picked up. At the end of the day they are used not new there would not be garages everywhere id they didnt. As soon as I called both the owner and the Sales Rep completely put me at ease sorted the problem free of charge, gave me a courtesy car and stuck to their every word with the warranty and the service they said they would provide. Personally i will only buy any future cars from this garage as they are a gem in an industry that is unknown for lots of people. Keep up the good work Brooke MOT. this firm is brilliant!!!

Thusday- was desperate for a car as mine had died and although unsure about car and salesman, I put down £100 on a car to collect Monday as they said they were too busy to get it ready before-also salesman said someone else was coming later to look at car. Next day was warned by friend who had had a lot of dealings with this business not to buy the car without lots of checks or a long warranty. Decided not to go ahead so tried to contact business leaving messages on Friday evening and got someone on Sat morning and employee said he'd sort refund after weekend. However, on Monday got email from original salesman who said the business would not do refund as they had done MOT and service, despite the fact that the money was a deposit against the car and I had not been told the deposit was non-refundable and though if they sell the car soon, they have lost nothing. Cannot understand business operating in this way, as £100 is peanuts to them against gaining a bad reputation. Do not buy unless very sure about vehicle.

Purchased a VW POLO over the phone today from (BROOKE MOT CENTRE.) I must admit, not something I've done before, but I felt the guy I was talking to knew his stuff. There wasn't any waffle and he knew everything about the car I wanted to know. There was no money off the asking price but I did mange to haggle a free cam belt change out of them inc in the full asking price. We are Collecting it next Saturday, so let's hope it's as good as they say it is. Fingers crossed!
