Myself and my wife bought a Ford S Max from Emanuel 3 weeks ago now. As promised a quick note to say how happy we both are with the vehicle. After 3 weeks wait we were getting a little bit impatient but all work was completed before delivery as promised, new brakes, alloys refurbished, a new clutch fitted as it had a high bite point on test drive. EXCELLENT, VERY FAIR Very helpful, we did not feel at all pressured at any point in time. Myself & my husband were left to nosey around the car. It was a surprise for our daughters 17th birthday so important it was the right car. I spent £17k on an Audi from Brooke MOT Centre - a lot of money, but anyone's standards. Included in the price was a full parts & labour warranty, "including wear and tear" (the actual words of the sales person). 10 months in and a couple of issues have arisen - nothing major, but they needed sorting (engine management light came on first, plus dis & pads, which were obviously worn when I bough the car), I phoned Brooke MOT and spoke to the owner, Jason, and we agreed the best way forward would be to get a quote from my local Audi service centre, and they would then make a contribution towards the cost. I wasn't expecting all costs to be covered as the warranty stated that the car would need to go back to Norwich (i live in Brighton) - seemed like a fair arrangement to me. I had the work done (£900) including a full service, and then spoke to the original sales person, Manny, who said he'd speak to Jason and get back to me later that week, with an offer of what they would contribute. That week came and went but no call, so I called again (Wednesday) and Manny said they'd "been busy", but he'd definitely speak to Jason on Friday as it was "wages day". Friday came and went, no call, so I called Manny for a third time and "luckily" Jason was there, so I spoke him and he gave me another assurance that they would make a fair contribution to the cost and requested I email over the invoice and work breakdown from the Audi service centre, which I did the same day (for reference, this is now two weeks after I spoke with Manny the first time). 4 Days later, I emailed again to chase up the offer of contribution - no reply. I waited and another 4 days and sent another email - no reply, so I phoned Manny again who firmly agreed that the matter had been going on too long and that Jason would definitely get back to me the same day with an offer. Needless to say, I didn't hear back. The next day I emailed again, asking why their promise wasn't fulfilled - no reply. I called Manny again who said they'd been "too busy" to get it sorted. So, I've given up, 4 weeks later. How any business can treat customer spending £17k like this is beyond me. All they needed to do was make a contribution towards the costs, a few hundred quid, and I would have been happy, Instead, they've got a disgruntled customer and have severely damaged their reputation. I'll happily take this review down if the matter can be resolved.

Purchased a Vauxhall Corsa for my son a couple of months ago. Its a great first car. There have been a couple of minor issues, which have been resolved quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend this dealer.
