I have to say that Cargiant is a massive car sales market where I bought my lovely car but they don't look after clients at all. We spent a whole evening there and no one bothered to offer any drinks... Left with our new car and after a few miles got a flat tyre. The guy who replaced it said that they definitely knew it ,as the car stayed at their premises for four days before we were able to pick up due to payment delay and it was full of emergency repair foam... No one at Cargiant mentioned anything about the tyre...All in all just good prices and huge variety of cars.

As a customer for over 10 years, cargiant is by far the best 'car supermarket' one can find in London and Greater London. Not only is the range of car so vast but they are clean and with good background check that gives you as customer confidence and trust. Car I recently purchased is a good runner despite driving it for a week. It is clean and as always the customer support and service is really professional. It can be a busy place so patience needed but you will be seen to and taken care of. Part exchange always available and beauty is no pushy sales person or anyone pressuring you to buy or sell your old car.

So i travel 120 miles to look at 2 cars that were for sale at Cargiant. The first has clearly had a poor repair so we move on to the 2nd choice. It was worth the trip just to hear the fella, Chris tell me the drivers side doors dont work so i have to shimmy over for the test drive of this 17k heap on wheels with bold tyres. Thats illegal and you know it. Cargiant also offered me 20% less on my car than even the worst offer elsewhere. Your cars are clearly pcp returns that nobody wants. I will inform vosa in due course. How the hell can you offer cars where your trapped in.

Worst customer service experience ever at Cargiant. Rude unhelpful staff. Collecting the car is like sitting in a run down hospital A and E department waiting for your name to be called. After waiting more than an hour, our name was called. The person then demanded another document be e mailed over and waved her hand towards a row of computers and told to wait until she called us again, No assistance, we then discovered that the printer would not work. On approaching the staff we told to speak to somebody else! This is despite car giant being paid in full before we came to collect the car. Never have I experienced such poor customer service they treat you like trash! Never again will I buy from Cargiant.
I bought a Nissan Juke from Cargiant back in September and I have found the service and the aftercare to be of a very good standard. I have had one issue with the car but they got it sorted quickly with no issues. I would recommend Cargiant.

I queued for ages to find the car I'd booked a test for had just been sold. The alternative I was shown had, in my opinion, been involved in an accident and been repaired. Nowhere was this mentioned even though I asked why the car was suspiciously cheap. Apparently it's normal for the bonnet and wing to be slightly different in colour and paint texture than the rest of the car. It's also normal to have lots of primer under the bonnet. The next car I was shown was covered in scratches and the exhaust was blowing. Apparently this is normal for that particular cohort of cars! Full of rubbish and dreadful advice E.g. it doesn't matter how many miles the car has done as 80,000 miles isn't any different to 40,000! Rubbish. A turbo model will not cost more to repair than a standard car. Rubbish! Complete waste of time!

After seeing a 2015 low mileage Mondeo on the Web site I decided to get my funds together and go get it. What a disappointment, both the car, and the sales person were. It was raining and cold so I didn't want to be hanging about. Went to get the keys. I was giving the wrong keys. Finally after some time I was giving the right key. The car was not clean and looked shabby. On inspection I found water in the spare tyre compartment. The parcel shelf was loose and broken. The salesman came out and asked what I thought, would I like to buy it? And continued with trying to sell me a 36 month warrantee and Guard X protection for the paintwork. I hadn't even taking it for a test run. I said; I've only been with the car 5 mins and I've found faults, and that I won't be making any decisions until I've test driving it. It didn't drive to good and had some rattling noises; alarms were ringing in my head. The salesman asked me three times how my day was going while he was texting on his phone. He had no interest in me or the car. He couldn't answer simple questions on the car. Back at the site I questioned him again about the water in the boot. All I got was we can rectify that. I then noticed that the tail gate was difficult to close, ( could be why the water was getting in?). I also noticed that the bonnet was out of inlinement and sticking up at the front left side. I looked further and found traces of t cut and polish. I asked if the car had been in a prang? He went and got a manager. The manager was none vaised. We can rectify all your concerns is what I got. Are you going to buy it he asked. I questioned him on the leak and that I suspected that the car had been involved in an accident. We don't sell repaired cars he said. I know that to be untrue as I had bought my previous car from them and after having a prang in it myself was told by the car body people that the car had been in a smash a couple of times before. Their is a module of some sort on the mondeo that records every accident, after three it won't let you reset the computer until you change this component. He just looked at me and walked away while saying; I'll put it back on sale then. I was baffled and left standing there. The salesperson asked if I wanted to wait for another 15 plate to come in or buy a cheeper Mondeo. I walked away and went home. I Visited Fords the next day and bought a 15 plate Mondeo with a lot more spec, lower mileage with fantastic warranty, by a fantastic salesman for just a little bit more money. Summing up: Cargiant don't care what they sell you as long as you buy warrentees and such like. The cars: I would suggest that you get it inspected independently before buying, don't take their word. In saying that I'm sure that not all their cars are wrong uns but be cautious. Won't be recommending Cargiant or going back there for my daughters car.
I have never had a worst experience before when buying a car, we choose car giant yo buy a car for my partner .We had to wait 2 hours to view 2 cars , whole experience inc test drive took us 5 hours wait as they could fond the keys for 1 car thank the battery was out and thhen ended up brongong the wrong car(and test drive took 5 min ).It was even worst when it came to pay , if you are buying with finance you get a treatment as if you are buying the car for free , if you paying cash you dont wait long!!this was yold to is bu the guy at the reception.I bought a car from a small dealer 2 months ago and eveyghing took 45 min!!!! And I got a great customer service -never,never again !!!
