Good quality cars are very competitive prices, the whole process was handled smoothly and I drove my new car away within an hour. Sam(arah) was very helpful, friendly and not a pushy salesperson at all, she let me make my own mind up. There are options for GAP insurance, extended warranties and aftercare services, which may not be for everyone, but these were all explained clearly and I was allowed to choose the options I wanted without feeling pressured. All the team members I dealt with were friendly and professional and the process was surprisingly easy.

My sales exec at Carbase was Richard Land and he was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. He was the ideal teacher to show me how all the controls worked before we set out on the test drive. Not having driven an automatic before he demonstrated the car better than a driving instructor. He removed any self doubts about me buying this car. Big thanks to him. Well done Richard.
