Came to look for a new car as I had huge problems with my previous car. Spotted a Mazda 6 which I wished to look inside. Spoke to Mo and asked for the keys to see inside. Following my checks I went to speak to Mo again about purchasing the car and was thoroughly pleased with the support provided by Mo. Very kind man and explained everything simply enough for me to understand. Have recommended Car Base Bristol to my mum for her new car who intends to travel 200 odd miles on my recommendation.

I dealt with Tristan at the Bristol Showroom. I found him very helpful. I paid to hold the car and it lived up to my hopes and the expectations that Tristan gave me. I’ve yet to take the car for a quick once over at my local garage but I’m not expecting any issues.

We have bought a few cars from carbase and have always been happy with the results and the staff are friendly , we were assisted by Lee Duggan this time and although the car I was interested in wasn't at the sales room at the time he was very helpful and efficient at getting it for us , thanks Lee.

Purchased a Seat Leon and Mugen was the sales guy. Honest about the car and knew his job.

Craig greeted us when we first came in but when we explained we needed to browse did not hassle us. Any queries he was promptly available to help. Explained extended warranty and gap insurance well and was pleasant throughout. Hayley was brilliant helping to finish off our purchase. Very happy with how things went.
