Bought a car from Car Point of Peterborough that was advertised on auto trader. The salesman Steven was super quick to respond and said the car was spot on, no problems, great condition, cold AC. They would deliver the car in 3 to 5 business days. They delivered the almost 2 weeks later and within driving the car for a few minutes 5 warning lamps came on and the AC was non existent. My husband called to discuss the problems with the car and Steven hung up on him and then blocked our number. Ignored our email and then when we call with a different number on 2 separate occasions he answers and when realizes who is calling hangs up immediately. Will be pursuing a refund through our credit card company. As many other reviewers have stated, just stay clear of Car Point of Peterborough.

I would like to say these guys are excellent in the customer services. The car was absolutely spot on and as described. It was well worth the long journey. High key higher recommended and thank you for your excellent service.

Had car 9 days gone wrong the insurance is a joke says not covered phone dealer told them just didn't want to know and put phone down on me tryed to phone back no answer 5 times so don't buy from Carpoint of Peterborough.

Carpoint of Peterborough seem friendly and very professional, lots of certificates on the walls... Car I choosed was ready for my test drive... Nothing felt wrong, so I payed deposit, applied for finance and after this fun started. Day I payed was Monday, so I was hoping to get car by weekend. Had to call them few times during the week, about delivery. "We didn't get documents" "need to take it for MOT"... Ok, finally, it arrived on Saturday. Guy knocked the door, gave key and envelope to my father in law and disappeared.. didn't find MOT certificate, and no information on gov.uk.... First noticed that tyres are bold. Then found out that rear wiper blade is broken. Boot lock getting stuck, brakes rusted... Air con worked for 1 hour and stopped... And then, less than 2 weeks since I got this car it just didn't start!!! No recovery help from warranty, actually, no help from them at all! Took them 4 days to send me some kind of information... F that, payed for recovery, took car to garage I trust. Guys found that AC pump is gone, also power steering pump is leaking. And some other small things here and there. Ring finance company, told them I want to cancel agreement... They investigating everything now...I had to get another finance for another car (different dealership), because I can't even get to work! Avoid this place and don't believe them... I wish I read reviews before I decide to deal with them...
