When I bought my Mini it was quite stressful because we had an issue with funds, but the team worked hard to get us finance all sorted so I was able to drive away in a car which was the main thing. Apart from the fact the salesman thought I was my other half's mother, he was charming and funny and knew how to do his job.

This was my first time using them and based on the service and the car i would consider them again, especially due to Jason the salesman he was really good gave me space but also was there to give me real live advice as this was my first electric car. So I've got the car currently, but I am waiting for the callback today because I think the salesman was off Monday or Tuesday. Just the car needed polishing as there was like a few marks scratch's on it which I'm hoping will get sorted soon. So far it has been good though, but nobody gets a 5 it will be a 4.5 from me.

I took delivery of my car a couple of days ago and I'm just not enjoying the car, It is a great car mechanically but I just know its not for me so I'm going to get in touch with Mo and see if they can do anything for me. But the service that Mo provided me with was 10 out of 10, he's a great laugh, great fella and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Asam was who I dealt with at Cartime and the service I received from him was fine. I was told the car would have a full valet and some work done to the alloys which weren't done, but I took this back to them to get sorted. I chose Cartime as they were really local to me and apart from that slight issue the car was absolutely fine.
