I bought a VW Polo about two weeks ago, and I absolutely love it! I’ve already driven around 800 miles and it’s been amazing. The service from Braden at Crompton Way Motors was brilliant—he was really friendly and went out of his way to help in any way he could. When it turned out the car had the wrong battery, they asked me to bring it back and replaced it with a new one at their own expense. They honestly delivered a five-star service all around!

Unfortunately the Insignia we purchased from CWM had ongoing issues that remained unresolved, resulting in multiple trips back and forth. However the dealership has been incredibly supportive, doing everything within their power to assist us. In the end, we decided it would be best to switch to a Mercedes, and the dealership has kindly taken the Insignia back. We're now set to collect our new car. Although we encountered a few initial setbacks, I can't fault the way Bradley and the team have handled everything. Their aftersales support has been excellent and they have truly stood by their word.

I’ve always felt pushed and pressured by car salespeople in the past, but Harvey at Crompton Way Motors was a breath of fresh air. He even offered me a lift home after viewing the car, despite the fact I hadn’t committed to buying anything yet which I thought was really nice. I upgraded from a little Mini to a Qashqai, and although it's taken some getting used to, I’m really happy with both my car and the service from the dealership.
