What can I say about Paul and his staff absolutely fantastic I bought my Audi a7 10 months ago today I stopped at the garage and when I got in car it would not start my husband called Paul and he came with a powerpack and got it started he ordered a battery for us and told me it was under warranty and even printed all the documents off and brought them with him , that's why I continue to do business with him 👍

Having previously bought two cars from here i have nothing but praise. All the staff are friendly and certainly work well as a team. Upon arrival they are not pushy and allow you to fully browse the cars without hassle (pre covid). Cars on sale are well valeted and in good condition with a range of vehicles available. The delivery times are good and serviced if needed before pick up. Aftersales are also good in my experience, any slight niggles are sorted with no fuss. I would definitely buy another car from here and if you are thinking of buying a car from here I would buy with confidence. I do not know the owners or staff other than buying from them so this is not a bias review just an honest one.

We bought a nice red 2012 Toyota Aygo from Crompton Way Motorsin August 2020. Paul was friendly and communicated clearly. We'd visited a few car sales establishments who frankly seemed ignorant of the fact that we're in the midst of the pandemic. But Crompton Way Motors had all the sensible precautions in place. The car was beautifully presented. There were some initial wobbles, which proved to be a problem with wheel-balancing. But Paul's team invited us back twice, with no quibble, until the problem was rectified. The wheel-balancing was sub-contracted and it was the sub-contractor who failed to sort the problem at the first attempt. It's been a great little car that's driven like a dream for the past two months. Overall, our experience with Crompton Way Motors has been positive. Thanks guys!

I bought a Skoda Rapid from Crompton Way Motors recently and it turned out it was a big mistake. Car has some serious faults (leaks from mechatronic and dsg gearbox, leak from head gasket , turbo whine, battery keeps going flat) and the dealer doesn't want to take the car back, which they're obliged to according to the law. They were super nice to take my money, however there was a complete change of attitude once I found out about the numerous issues with the vehicle and wanted to get a full refund for it. Instead of giving me my money back they sent me a threatening letter from their solicitiors. I would avoid them at all cost, don't get fooled by their friendly attitude and 5 star reviews, people posting them most likely don't have any experience with Crompton Motor Way's after sales
Would highly recommend good service from start to finish not the first car I have bought from them and possibly not the last,

Scum bags!! Do not leave a review in the shop. get your car checked. Sold me a white Volvo XC60 turbo going didn’t do the work they said they had done many more problems. Would not even give Crompton Way Motors a star.

At this stage you have failed to provide a independent engineer's report which supports your allegations on production of either the car or the report we will be more than happy to rectify any issues that need attention. I would like to address your comment with regards to the preparation of your vehicle prior to delivery and the fact that in your opinion you feel this work had not being completed this is not the case all work promised has been completed all relevant documentation is available for you to view should you wish, this information was also confirmed to you at the time of collection via our Pre Delivery Information document which was signed by yourself to confirm you were happy that all requested work had been completed. Here at Crompton Way Motors we are committed to delivering excellent customer service and will always try our utmost to resolve any issues our customers may bring to our attention. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience in order for us to resolve this situation. A full report of the vehicle. • New brake pads fitted to old brake discs which significantly affect the braking of the vehicle • Worn rear brake pads and discs • Rear brake discs scored • Front off-side coil spring broken • dealer informed that the automatic gearbox oil and filter had been changed – No evidence of this could be found • Oil leak from the turbo boost pressure sensor • Oil present in the air intake manifold – This suggests that there is an issue with the turbo • Metallically sounding engine • Back pressure which is blowing out the oil filler cap • Metal filings present in the engine oil – This could lead to serious engine failure • A number of central electrical control module issues were also identified upon diagnostic testing – None of which have been erased (printout available) if you sell a car in that condition why would I want you fix it?Accept the car back like I have been asking for the past week. Stop causing me and my family problems.

After 5 months of complete hell the BMW 1 series which i purchased from these "dealers" has now been formally rejected by me after Crompton sent it back to me after supposedly repairing it. Upon a further inspection by an independent assessor who was sent by my finance company, the car was deemed YET AGAIN undriveable and the assessor literally went round the car shaking his head at the state of the bodged repairs!!! Last Wednesday the car was picked up by my finance company who have now thankfully taken me out of the equasion and refunded me. I had this car for 12 months, did less than 400 miles in it and it was proven that the damage was already there at the time of purchase. Not one apology from Crompton Way Motors. I have been put through hell these last 5 months. Where was their 5 * customer service then??? I really hope you get your car sorted out Lee.
