I went to look at a new car and trade my old car in was very simple and easy Paul helped me out loads and I had the keys with in a week of test driving my new car. I got my car from crompton way in Feb 2020. From may 2020 I have had non stop problems with it. It has cost me now a total of £2000 in a year to fix the car, from DPF filter, AD blue tank and pump and knox sensor. All expensive parts of the car. There is no way that the car was fine up u till 3 months of my having it. I'm guessing that these problems were cleared off the dash then put on the court to be sold, this will be the reason the previous owner gave this up in the first place. I emailed CWM about this too and I haven't even had a reply, around a month ago. Angry and frustrated. Will NEVER buy a car from them again.

Being a lady driver they couldn’t have done more to help me , courteous and friendly , fair in their dealing , corrected anything a had concerns about and made right before I collected. They certainly are a credit to their work and looked after me , the car is running champion and I am thrilled . Highly recommend and my next car I will go to them .
