I have just bought a car from Crystal Car company and I am absolutely buzzing and so delighted with my purchase. The professionalism of the owner and very experienced staff was outstanding. They helped me from start to finish. Constantly keeping me informed by updating me either by phone or email. My car is also under warrently for 6 months and have been reassured that if I have any problems to contact the team. I have bought some cars in my time but the support and professionalism of this team has made my experience fantastic and l would defiantly go back there. Crystal Motor Company give you 6 months warranty of agreement and car needs repairs later when things starts falling off during your 6 months. They avoid your calls and never call you back, and lie after lie, like ignoring you and delaying your days of your warranty. They talk rubbish by ripping you off. Dont trust them to buy a car from. Always buy from showrooms.

Hi I never normally give reviews .. just thought Clinton (owner) and the staff at Crystal Motors deserved a few kind words.. I speak as I find and can honestly say they treated me spot on . Been dealing with Crystal Motors for a long time, superb service and friendly, they make you feel welcome and want to always come back to them. All staff from the boss man, Clint, service dept, lads cleaning, and of course Kelly on reception are brill. Just swapped my car again and from reaching reception and driving off with new vehicle was around 20mins and all organised and professional. Highly recommend you visit.

Well were do i start ,all the staff are fantastic, clint ,is a man of his word, the car i bought from them had a few problems ,which i did point out to the sales team after my test drive ,all was corrected apart from one ,which was a on going problem ,after a few trips back and forth to nothampton to try and get it sorted out which were arranged buy the friendly staff ,, in the end decided to look into it my elf ,and fixed the problem with the engine management light , and after having the car 3 months I love it ,,I feel that i got a great deal ,with peace of mind with the 3 month warenty, so all in all thankyou to all the staff at Crystal Motors , my Toyota Celica is now my pride and joy , And i would Recommend your garage ,to anyone looking to buy a new car ,or a older one like mine ,Cheers keith shouler

Absolute nightmare after sales terrible. I never got a receipt when paying cash, no proof of what's actually been done on your car. Never get phone calls returned, one person tells you something then they ring you back and they deny everything. Dreadful experience with this so called company, I would not recommend Crystal Motor Company Ltd.
