We have just purchased a car from Crystal Motor Company, I could not be happier with every part of the service and car, they were so helpful. Every issue was sorted in short time scale as we lived far away. I would buy another car from this used car dealer, 10 out of 10 in every way.

Absolute nightmare after sales terrible. I never got a receipt when paying cash, no proof of what's actually been done on your car. Never get phone calls returned, one person tells you something then they ring you back and they deny everything. Dreadful experience with this so called company, I would not recommend Crystal Motor Company Ltd.

We bought a Mitsibushi off this company and to be honest it was ace. We then decided that we needed a smaller car so went back to them and bought a Merc A class. Firstly the car was sold to us with known faults which we were not told about but the car was a nightmare from day 1. After numerous returns with it and crystals hundreds of empty promises we handed it back. They are lyers and con artists, they did nothing to repair the many faults and infact made them worse. I would never use them again and would urge people to stay well clear. Clint will rip you off, make no mistake.
