Went to buy a car from Fort used cars, through lockdown and placed a deposit. 8 days later I changed my mind (as a result of job decreasing hours) contacted Laurence, he kept telling me the deposit would be paid back in. Suddenly he was not replying to emails or phone calls. They have no intention on paying that deposit back. But something is off, it’s almost like he moves like a con man. When I eventually got hold of him he made an excuse to keep the money and said Jason would call me. He of course did not. My advise go to a proper dealership or a reputable car garage. The reviews on this place are shocking. I should of listened to the reviews. So glad I didn’t buy the car from them. They obviously needed the £250 deposit and that’s why they kept it. Very unprofessional and total lack of communication. Avoid
