Even with promises in writing it's impossible to keep them to it. They'll promise a lot and not deliver once they've got your cash! In addition, contacting them is next to impossible and they make no attempt to resolve any issues or complaints once made. I'll never be buying from here again and I'd recommend you don't.

Left a deposit, went to view car and it wasn't as advertised, dents scratches leaks etc now trying not to give deposit back, stay away from this company
Saw a Jaguar X1 that i have always wanted on their website. Spoke to the Business Manager who put me in touch with the finance company who helped me structre a a deal that was suitable for my budget - phew. Love the car, had it delivered to my house in Warwick, an addtional perk which i wasnt expecrting. Saw the car i wanted via Autotrader, called and sorted the finance out over the phone - left a deposit. Arranged to see the car with a live video demo via Skype which was cool, not had that before and they answered all my questions fine. Had the car delivered to my home in London. Couldnt have asked for more. Nice to use a company outside London and still get what i expected. Ta
