I was recommended to the dealership, as relatives have purchased a vehicle from them before and were happy with everything. The car has been alright, and the customer service was good all round. I am just waiting for the logbook.

I found the Ford Fiesta I was looking for online at Fort Used Cars Centre. I didn't visit the dealership, I did everything online. The vehicle was delivered, and ever since I haven't had any problems. I have done a few small journeys. I can't fault the car or the dealership.

When we went through the purchasing process at Fort Used Car Centre, we found a Nissan Qashqai which we decided to purchase. We had to wait 2 weeks for some issues to be resolved, although upon collection there were a few that were not resolved. The experience was good at the dealership, so I would still give it 4 stars, it would have been a 5 if the issues were resolved. We would still definitely return if we ever saw another vehicle that we were interested in.

I have purchased a few cars from this dealership in the past. Shortly after purchasing the Nissan Juke, me and my husband drove to Cornwall. It was a smooth drive. Overall, it was an easy service, the car was prepped well, and everyone was really helpful. Happy Driver

My Mrs absolutely loves the car. The car took a little bit longer than expected, although they provided us with a courtesy car, so I couldn't have asked for any more.

I purchased the car for my daughter, she is really happy with it. There were a few issues when we went to view the car, but they resolved them very quickly. no complaints.

I have never been to Fort Used Car Centre before. I was specifically looking for the Fiat 500 on the internet when I came across the dealership. They had the car I wanted and for a great price. I have had no issues at all and no concerns.

I would rate my experience a 5 with Fort used Car Centre. Nick was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the car. Everything I asked was done on the car when picking it up. Had a slight problem after picking the car up but bought it back and the problem was sorted straight away. I am really pleased with my Jeep and would definitely buy from here again . The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend.
