Would not buy a car from here. Misold a mini and they failed to refund transport costs. The body work was not excellent, as it had several marks on it, one of which was a stone chip and I was told it had Bluetooth, needless to say it did not. I was then shouted at over the phone.

Purchased a car from here in November, as soon as I drove away I noticed the back rest of the drivers seat would jolt into my back every time I pressed the brake rang then the next day and was told someone would call me back to get it looked at Heard nothing after 2 weeks I called again as the radio and the heated rear screen we’re broken again was told someone would call me back to get it booked in and they didn’t. Several calls later they said someone from their repair garage would call to get it booked in still didn’t hear anything and then whilst driving the car with my disabled son in the passenger seat he tried to recline the seat and the back rest shot back and got stuck in recline and we couldn’t get it back up . Took it to a mechanic who also couldn’t get it back up Drove the car back to them over Christmas and left it there for them to fix 2 weeks later no call (and I was now paying for a hire car as my child needs a vehicle due to medical issues) I called them for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car or the seat and it had been AA inspected so I asked how they had fixed it and they couldn’t tell me All they had done is force the broken reclined seat back up and then said that it was us who didn’t know how to use the recline lever and we were using the wrong lever , bearing in mind we reclined and put the seat back up almost everyday , it was definitely stuck and was actually a common fault with the make of the car according to the manufacturer after speaking to them on the older models of the car 2013 After emailing the finance company to complain they still didn’t do anything (their finance company is in house so you don’t get any help) I had to go back in there where we was confronted by a rude manager Jason and the owner Marc who was so rude and arrogant and was demanding I drive the car while he was there as it had been AA inspected (I spoke to the aa inspector while he was there who said he had the same make of car as we had and he didn’t have the same problem with the drivers seat jolting every time he braked ) and there was nothing wrong with it to which I agreed but then he started being personal and insulting to my partner so we ended up having a heated disagreement so we left and told them to fix the car properly or we wouldn’t be taking it back That was in January and we still have no car from them and they refuse to do anything about it We have now raised a case with the financial ombudsman and are awaiting their decision DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE USELESS They try to bully customers who complain but unfortunately for them that didn’t work with us They’ve also had to fold this business and go bankrupt and then reopen it in a different name but have the cheek to questions their customers financial situations and business that they run AVOID AVOID AVOID

THEY ARE NOTHING BUT BULLIES ANS COWBOYS IAN HUNT THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANOTHER CAR AGAIN IN HIS SAD PATHETIC LIFE! SEE YOU IN COURT!
