We looked at at lot of vans and eventually decided on one which was being sold at Free Spirit Campervans. I am very happy with the service from Adrian and Ian they were very helpful. A minor problem was found after purchase but they sorted it out straight away, I've done 1200 miles in the van so far and I'm very happy with it,

We had a trip away when the weather was nice, we're enjoying the van very much.. It had one little mechanical issue which was sorted out by a local garage and they reimbursed me for the cost which was appreciated. There was no pressure, they were very helpful. They even picked us up from the station because we had to get the train. 5 star service.

We are happy with the purchase, The van has a squeaky brake and the the aircon isn't working so we've taken it back to the garage to fix, but the service has been great and Adrian couldn't have been any better,

I would like to say that any niggling issues we had were dealt with efficiently and effectively.

I rate a 5. This was such a positive and enjoyable experience. The team seriously considered all of my ideas, adapted the vehicle to my own specifications and went to considerable trouble to ensure that my ideas worked well for me. Nothing was too much effort for them. They have also supported me so much since I bought the vehicle, with questions arising from my own inexperience. Love the van which works perfectly, and so grateful to them for all their efforts. Thoroughly recommend this company for a custom built Van at a very reasonable price.

My experience was brilliant, I've only drove locally so far but it's a lovely van. The engine management light came on but to be fair I took it back and they fixed it straight away. I am happy with the service but I'm deducting a star due to the aforementioned issue.

This review is in addition to the one I have recently posted on the Google platform. So, there may be similarities but the thrust of both posts will be the same. A fuller picture may be gained by reading both. In my very late eighties, I have become a "newby" campervan owner. My wife passed away some 4 years ago and since then I have been busily "standing still". Many of you will know the feeling, I am sure. So, as my hobbies are Landscape and Astrophotography when the key to success is being in the "right place at the right time", I needed to find a way for this to happen. I researched the internet for some time along with speaking to people who I thought may be able to help. I settled upon purchasing a campervan to give me that essential flexibility.( In my experience, staying in Hotels does not guarantee this.) My research of campervan suppliers brought me to Free Spirit Camper- Vans who are based just South of Chichester. My son and I visited and tested a finished vehicle. It was a Nissan Elgrand HWS with a 3.5L V6 petrol engine (sweet !). The standard and quality of the Van was excellent which lead me to make an immediate purchase of that particular Van. But its was not just the Van which impressed. The small Team of skilled and quality-dedicated engineers were clearly a group who could be totally trusted to give me the very best customer experience. Nothing is too much trouble for them to tackle. Sadly rare in this day and age. As you can see, I am totally convinced that I have done the right thing. I thoroughly recommend these guys. Pay them a visit and judge for yourself. Safe Camping! One additional thing to mention is that of insurance. I was turned down twice as being too old as a "new-business" applicant. Undeterred, I kept going and found Adrian Flux who have no such restriction providing you comply with their requirements of current driving history, the fitting of an approved tracker and an undertaking of annual mileage. They have been very easy to deal with. Good Luck !

I'm on holiday at the moment in the campervan purchased from Free Spirit Camper vans and the new vehicle is great, we absolutely love it. The service we received from the team was brilliant, Ian was really helpful. 10/10!

Adrian and Ian both provided excellent service, informative and timely . Their team at the workshop do a great job with those conversions. We are delighted with our Elgrand. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my campervan! I'm slowly figuring out how everything works, and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service was brilliant—everyone was lovely and answered all my questions. I’ve been to other places where I wasn’t even allowed to get in the campervans to view them, but Ian was fantastic. He let me take as much time as I needed, with no rush at all, which was important for me to find the right fit. Huge thanks to Ian for all his help and patience while I was making my decision.
