Our rating for our experience with Free Spirit is a continuous '5' for all their help and hard work for the second time, an excellent company to deal with. They have provided us with top class service and an excellent camper van to replace our original van which we had purchased from them a few years ago.

5 because of their friendliness and customer care with nothing being too much trouble. The vehicle was presented in excellent condition.

They have been great and super helpful. We love the van. It would have been really useful to have been given a 'quick start' type of guide to the vehicle as well as the conversion itself. We were told a lot but hard to remember it all and having something to go back to would be really useful. Plus would stop us having to email to ask them!

The van is designed for carrying passengers and the fittings are very good, although the van is quite thirsty for fuel! A few additional fittings I requested were missed so I was given the option of a refund or they would fit the fittings, so I went for the refund. You are given enough time to browse without hassle and the handover was very thorough. They even had flexibility in the payment terms which was appreciated. 5 star service.

All good, The van is great and so was the service. I've marked it down as 4 because the van had to go back to get a few niggles fixed which was done in a timely manner.

We looked at at lot of vans and eventually decided on one which was being sold at Free Spirit Campervans. I am very happy with the service from Adrian and Ian they were very helpful. A minor problem was found after purchase but they sorted it out straight away, I've done 1200 miles in the van so far and I'm very happy with it,

We had a trip away when the weather was nice, we're enjoying the van very much.. It had one little mechanical issue which was sorted out by a local garage and they reimbursed me for the cost which was appreciated. There was no pressure, they were very helpful. They even picked us up from the station because we had to get the train. 5 star service.

We are happy with the purchase, The van has a squeaky brake and the the aircon isn't working so we've taken it back to the garage to fix, but the service has been great and Adrian couldn't have been any better,
