BOUGHT CAR FROM GP CAR SALES, ASKED IF FULLY WORKING CAR, TOLD YES, PURCHASE IN DAY TIME, FOUND BOOT BUTTON FAULTY, OFFER £30.00 OFF PRICE, THEN DROVE HOME TO FIND INTERNAL LIGHTS NOT WORKING, AFTER AND HAD THEN PAID £55.00 TO GET DIAGNOSE, ROOF CLIPS PROMISE, NEVER SENT AND SELLER BLAME US FOR CAR NOT WORKING- CLAIMS NEVER GOT TEXT/ EMAILS, YET WEBSITE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU COPY AND PASTE, SO SENT RECORDED LETTER, HE REFUSE TO PAY TRAVEL COST (WE LIVED IN KENT OR COLLECT CAR TO GET FIXED, I WOULD WARN ALL, NO PAPERWORK AS VAT REGISTER NUMBER ON, HE EVEN ADMITTED NEVER CHECK INTERNAL LIGHTS, SO SOLD CAR TO US AND LIED RE FULLY WORKING, UNDER SALE GOODS ACT 1979, ITEM MUST BE SOLD AS DESCRIBED. SO WE LEFT WITH TAKING THE COMPANY TO COURT, ASK FULL NAME AND TO DATE FAILED TO SUPPLIED, IN ONE WORD, DISHONEST AND WE NEVER RECOMMEND, HAPPY TO SUPPLIED ALL PROOF WE PURCHASE CAR ON 17TH SEPT 2015. WORSE CAR SALES PLACE EVER.

Everyone at GP Cars were helpful and professional and I got some useful advice, they were frequently in contact throughout the sales process. The car was ready promptly following the sale and I will definitely use these them again.

GP Car Sales were excellent, when I thought there was a problem with the hand brake they were so helpful. They had a look and found it was a problem with the back wheels and fixed it quickly with no questions asked, exactly how good customer care should be.

After two days I did end having to give the car back to GP Car Sales as there was significant faults but to the dealerships credit they did deal with the situation quite well and it was resolved in the end.

I can't fault GP Car Sales, the guy was upfront about the car and knew what he was doing, the car so far hasn't had any problems. They're a decent dealership and I recommend them.

I couldn't find a bad word to say about GP Car Sales if I tried, the transaction was simple, quick and efficient and the car is magnificent, good motor at a good price, what more could you want.

The service from GP has been shocking. First of all they told me the car was ready when it wasn't. There were immediate issues which took them over 2 weeks to fix despite saying it was a priority. When I went to pick it up afterwards, after taking a day off work and paying to travel they told me it wasn't ready 45 minutes before I arrived. I've reported other issues and they told me they would contact a mechanic and get back to me and I've not heard from them since. poor service all round and an experience I would not repeat or recommend.
