Efficient and quick purchase, when I went to pick up the vehicle it was prepared and valetted spotlessly for me. no issues at all with the customer service. The battery in the key fob has gone but I will just get that replaced. Other than that everything is perfect no issues at all.

Found the vehicle on AutoTrader, called up, and within a few hours everything was done. All the paperwork had been sorted out. It was a massively quick turnaround. There was no pushiness to buy anything extra or to consider something else, and no waiting around for ages. It was all straightforward, which is exactly what you want sometimes. The car itself has been great since the purchase. No complaints at all. I would definitely buy a car from here again.

Honestly, I love my new car! I went for a VW Polo GTI, and I use it pretty much daily. It is just a fantastic vehicle. Chris helped with the sale and he was fantastic. He was really helpful, answered all my questions, and never put any pressure on the sale. We did have an issue with the car not going into first gear, so we called up and spoke to one of the customer service managers, Ewen. He was incredibly helpful. He got us booked in right away, and over the weekend while they fixed the issue, the communication was great. We received text updates to let us know what was going on, which was massively appreciated. Honestly, it's a 10 out of 10 for every aspect, from the initial service to the car itself and the aftersales. I couldn't be more thankful.

Brilliant experience at Greenlight, James was really helpful, very quick to the point, no messing around. I use the car everyday and had no issues with it, it's a great vehicle I am pleased with it. When I picked it up it was valeted and ready to go for me, no complaints, really easy experience.
