What stood out to me was the way Chantelle made sure I got approved and got the car I wanted. She told me what emails I did and didn't need to reply to so that I didn't get overwhelmed. I also found her advise of the benefits of all the cars was really truthful. Overall the Toyota has been good, I have no complaints.

I couldn't believe how good the car was, the inside is immaculate. I have always liked the Evoque since they first came out and I was looking online, saw it, liked the colour so brought it. Rachel was so polite and knew what she was doing. She also showed me how to start the car as I didn't have a clue. Really pleased with it! I'd give it six out of five stars.

The sales process was brilliant, they were non stop on the phone to me and just wanted to get the sale done. I did originally want the car delivered but Greenlight agreed to pay for my travel costs to the dealership for me to go and collect it however I am just still waiting for this money. Rachel was fantastic though, she showed me all around the car.

So far the BMW has been fine aside from a warning light about the brake pads which I need to make them aware of. They all tried their hardest to sort the finance for me which they managed to do. Customer service overall was good.

What stood out to me about the Skoda was the reliability and price of the car. The sales process was all fine. As long as there's no surprises come about with the car I would go back to Greenlight and recommend others to go there too.

The whole process was almost too easy! I decided to have a little look at the cars at Greenlight and within 3 days the Audi A1 was there on my doorstep. Chris and Alisha were very helpful and even stayed later than they should have for me. Only thing that stops it being a 5* is that I am just waiting for my MOT documents. But I've still already recommended them to others.
