Awesome customer service from Lee Repullo when i went in to buy a new car at the weekend in the Exeter branch. Came away with my perfect car and had lots of help from Lee to make sure it was right for me. Will definitely be recommending Hendy Car Supermarket to friends and family.

Hendy Car Supermarket are always welcoming and nothing is to much trouble, brought my car from Hendy 4 years ago, great car, free mots with this car and has past every time will only buy a car from them!

I went into Hendy's Car Supermarket for a test drive, having decided on the car I wanted but was put off by the other products they wanted to sell me, insurance for depreciation, scotch guard for the fabric interior, alloy wheel protection, dent protection, break down protection...I had enough after 2 hours, the salesman telling me last month was their best month selling 170 cars in a month (hard to believe) so left without purchasing! All these extras increased the price.....take note Hendy, you would have had a sale!

Dealt with Lee from Hendy Car Supermarket throughout purchase and was easy to talk to and no pressure selling, we were impressed with the level of service we received and certainly very pleased with the vehicle.

Really bad business practice experienced at this dealership. Went to view car (travelled 200miles) and agreed to buy. Then two weeks later when I went to collect the car, an alloy wheel had been swapped for a damaged one and put on to my car. Sales Manager said I must have missed it on viewing which I didn't. Not interested in trying to sort the problem. All I can say is be very careful when viewing a car then when you go to pick it up. Things may have been swapped from your car.

I baught a vauxhall corsa back in October, I have had nothing but problems with it the horn the key an the list could go on! And when I ring to talk to receptionist at the exter branch I all I got was a rude and disgraceful tone from her! And when I asked if she could tell me when my warranty ran out and what my warranty covered duo to not having my paperwork due to a personal reason, I got a tut an shy, totally unprofessional and I no I definitely wouldn't want her being the first person my customers talked to! Definitely wouldn't use this company again!!!

I booked my car in for an MOT and service. The car was ready within two hours and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this service with them again.

I bought a 1.4 Fiesta Titanium in August 2014 and the service at Hendy Car Supermarket was brilliant. However today I went to sell it to them in there guaranteed buy back scheme and things changed. I registered to sell on their site and they offered me a fair price and when I went in the salesman said you will get price offered and it is in an impeccable condition. 5 minutes later he returned offering me £200 less saying no car is in excellent condition. Forgive me but impeccable means excellent. Why offer an excellent condition price and then change it. In the end my thoughts about Hendy Car Supermarket have turned into one that is poor and arrogant.
