Couldn’t recommend Henson motor group enough. Felt welcomed and comfortable from start to finish and didn’t feel pushed into buying like I had done at other dealerships. Lewis provided great service, he was friendly but professional and answered all questions I had as well as taking time to thoroughly talk me through all parts of the car. Highly recommend.

We bought our car in February 2022. Within 3 months, and less than 2000 miles, it was in the garage with complete electrical failure and a £2500 repair bill. The repairer believes it wasn’t checked over before sale. They’ll treat you well until you’ve bought your car and then ignore you when you make a formal complaint. Advice to all is send them a letter before action if you have any problems within the first 6 months of purchase because it’s up to them to prove. They have 28 days to respond and then you can issue a small claims court claim form against them. Terrible company! Avoid.
