This review is based on a car sale that happened before the lock down then continued throughout Just be careful when doing deals with this garage as all is not what it seems. I bought a Astra gtc on the test drive it was noticed that there was a squeak coming from the engine also the car was advertised coming with 2 keys and lastly a Bluetooth kit would be supplied and fitted I shook hands on this and collected the car. I was told that all the work had been carried out and the Bluetooth kit would be fitted at a later date, when I got the car home the squeak was still there i rang the salesman and was told it would get sorted a week later the lockdown happened and I appreciate nothing could be done. When the lockdown eased the squeak was getting worse contacted the garage again where they booked the car in for repair turned out it was the water pump that was broken and a oil leak on the engine the work was carried out under warranty. A couple of weeks later I was told my Bluetooth kit was in the garage ready to be collected I mentioned I would wait for it to be fitted I was then told fitting wasn’t part of the deal. I did ask why I would ask them to just supply a kit without fitting where I was informed all about profit margins on the car how much commission the sales make and invited for a cup of tea and a chat when this is all over. So as it stands I have a Bluetooth kit and still waiting for a second key but until the salesman returns to work I can’t get one supplied as he has to pay for it out of his own pocket ?. The lesson I have learned is never strike a deal with this garage as they really struggle to keep their end of it up maybe look elsewhere before using their garage as I believe far better service could be had.
Told my car was worth what I owed £1050 they sold it for nearly 3 times as much they ripped me off never again
I have just bought a 2016 Infiniti Q50 from Henson Motor Group and the experience from start to finish was very professional yet friendly and personal. Gareth even makes a decent cup of tea. There was no pressure at any stage and they gave me a good part ex price for my ageing Mercedes. After collecting my car I discovered one of the intelligent key fob batteries was discharged but Gareth told me to simply return to the dealership and it would be replaced. Also, the MOT highlighted a couple of advisory issues but Henson made everything good before I collected the car. That cannot be said for many places. I would happily recommend Gareth, and by association, Henson Motor Group if my first experience is their normal modus operandi.

Recently purchased a Clio 2015 reg, service was excellent from start to finish Lee dealt with the sale and couldn’t be more helpful would highly recommend Henson Motor Group.
Visited the Henson Motor Group on the 10th August to look at the MG range, Ramiz was very friendly and not pushy in the sale. He kept me in the loop about delivery and told me he would be on holiday when it would be delivered. Gareth & Richard were great too and had updates from them both. Picked up the car yesterday, efficient service by both guys. Was a shame Ramiz was on holiday to see me drive away.
I recently purchased a car from Hensons Motor group i had the best experiences all staff were friendly and very helpful my sales man was Gareth who went the extra mile to make sure i left the showroom with everything I wanted and all the information I needed to know 5 stars all the way for all of the staff at Hensons motor group.
If you buy a MG car from this dealership i would advise you to take it to another MG dealership for any services or repairs as they do not have anyone that can work on MG car. Awful customer service i would not give any stars ratings

I bought a car from Henson's 3 years ago, and had good service and was treated very fairly. So when it was to change the car it was only natural to speak to them again. Just as before I got great service, everything was explained, no hard sell, and I got a great deal. I'm sure I'll be visiting them again when it comes time to change the car in however many years.
