Really positive experience, The staff were super helpful throughout the purchase. It was a quick turnaround, I went to test drive and came back a few days later to collect, and it was cleaned and ready to go. So far the car has been fantastic. Really happy overall.

I did have to return the car I got as it had issues that unfortunately couldn't be fixed. HKO did try to get it sorted for me, however it just didn't work out. I was really pleased with the service off them before purchase and especially after, they made it really easy for me to return the car and get my money back, it wasn't any problem at all. So based on the service I would give them a 5 stars as I could tell they definitely wanted to provide good customer care throughout and they did that. It was a shame about the vehicle.

I came across the dealership while browsing online, I was very pleased when I saw it in person, the description and pictures were the same as the advert. The customer service at the dealership was honestly perfect! The staff were friendly and the guy who I dealt with even filled up my petrol to the max before I left. This was massively appreciated. Since having the car I haven't had any problems, it is a brilliant vehicle. I had nothing but a positive experience with HKO, I would highly recommend.
