helpful, wasn't pushy. Given enough time to look at the car properly. Couple of minor issues that were put right prior to picking up the car. Valeting could have been a little better but that was the only issue really. Thanks

There was a marking in windscreen.. they arranged for a new screen to be fitted .They picked up the vehicle and delivered it back afterwards. Im very happy with service I have had so far

When we bought the car I really appreciated Andy’s laid-back approach. He didn’t pressure us at all and let us look around the car at our own pace. We even got to take it for a test drive on our own which was great. After we bought it we did run into a few issues, but Andy was brilliant.. He made sure everything got sorted without any hassle, so I can't knock his service.

I'd not bought a car before as always had one on lease, but when the contract was coming to an end it felt like i'd been looking online for something for quite a while. It was all getting bit stressful until I spotted a Ford Focus advertised by HKO Vehicles on Auto trader. I called up, spoke to Andy and arranged to pop down and take a look. Cut a long story short I've used the car pretty much every day since and it's been great. Cheers to Andy for making the whole thing easy and straight forward.

i couldn’t of asked for a smoother and simpler time when dealing with HKO, that helped me all the way through setting up my finance and getting me my car, helped with every bit of information i needed, was very honest about the car and previous history and was very friendly throughout my visit.
