I am absolutely delighted with my Toyota Aygo My first ever experience purchasing a Toyota car. From the very first moment walking into the dealership and dealing with Emma, who was so very accommodating,informative and helpful not to mention very approachable. I have been massively impressed with the outstanding service I have received. From collection of my new car the after service has been brilliant. A curtsey call from Emma to find out if everything was going well. I would definitely recommend driving a Toyota, especially at the Croydon branch.

Collected my new car today and found the attention to detail and helpful guidance of Sarim made for a good all round experience.

We are delighted with our brand new Toyota Rav4 Excell and the sales person, Mukesh could not have made the purchase easier. Mukesh has also been extremely helpful with explaining the cars many functions and he made us feel that we could ask him any questions, which we did, and he answered them in a professional and friendly manner. Called jemca Croydon service dept. for a price for a replacement cam belt on my hiace van which was due. The lady said she would have to check on the price for the parts and the labour cost and she would call me back. I had no call for several days. Eventually I had to call again. I dropped my van off the day it was booked in at 9.30 am as requested by them. Went to the workshops the following morning to get something from my van I needed for work, nothing had been done throughout the entire previous day it was booked in. It was sitting on the ramp untouched. No phone call to say they needed it for a second day.The work was finally completed at 5.00 pm the following day only because I insisted I could not be without my van for another day. Upon collection of my van and the invoice, they told me the water pump was leaking which turned out it wasn't and the cost was £550 to replace. They told me the power steering pump was leaking which it wasn't, quoted £1,231 to replace.They told me the wiper rubbers were split and smearing the screen, again not true, I checked them and there was nothing wrong with them and they wiped perfectly. They said the O.S.F. tyre was illegal, not true, I was told the auxiliary belt was split. I was also told the clutch was slipping and about to give up, the cost to replace was £1,190. They also reported the brake vacuum booster pump required replacement, quoted £390. Front anti roll bar bushes had play, not true. Nothing found to this effect during M.O.T. carried out just before Jemca reported this. Very unimpressed with the customer service. Work not carried out on the day it was booked in, advised work which was not necessary and quoted extortionate prices to carry out. Needless to say I declined the work they advised at the prices quoted. Very disappointed and not what I would expect from Jemca. They tried to convince me other work was required whilst they had the vehicle which was clearly not the case. Would not recommend and would not use again.

Very impressed by the great customer service given in the service reception and especially by Michael Mckewan from the body shop. A job well done. Thank you to the body shop at Jemca Croydon.

This week we collected our Yaris Hybrid.....thoroughly pleased! I highly commend Mo Choudary.... he is courteous, very professional in manner...... explained everything in great detail. He even rang a few days later to check if all was ok. This car feels like I've driven it for ever...... Great car.....Great service! Well done Jemca...

I popped into Purley Way 2 weeks ago to look at second hand cars to buy. The show room was busy, but was offered a drink by a nice lady. I waited a while while I drank my drink and then asked the lady if I leave my details could someone call me to discuss a car I was interested in. She asked me to write my name and telephone number down and what it was about which I did, and to date am still waiting to hear from them. Not good from Jemca Croydon.

I came into contact with Jemca Croydon through carwow. They quoted me an excellent price for a new Aygo. I went over with my old car and they gave me what I felt was a fair price for it. As part of the deal I was supposed to receive a full tank of petrol. All went well until the day I picked up the new car. I had completed all the paperwork beforehand so all that was supposed to happen was to exchange keys on my old and new cars, sign some paperwork and drive off. I arranged this for 0900. I did not get away until 0950 because they could not find a driver to bring my new car from the storage area to the showroom. Despite a 0900 pick-up being arranged! Furthermore, instead of a full tank of petrol, I received only half a tank. I contacted them to point this out but, after a week, have received no reply. Be careful in believing a word they say! I wouldn't again.
