Jemca Croydon were completely unprofessional. I called up Jemca Toyota Croydon and checked if I can visit them at 2:30pm for a test drive but was told to come at 2pm instead. I went there at 2pm sharp but was made to wait until 2:45 as the Sales Executive was busy with other customers. Finally met the Gentleman Sales Executive, who after frantically searching for car for another 10 minutes told me that the car is not here and he expects it be there by Monday. He said lets do a test drive of another Auris which was an estate, experience was ok. He showed me some numbers for financing options. I said great, I will come either on Monday or Tuesday for a test drive of the actual vehicle. When I contact on Monday saying I will mostly visit for test drive same day but confirm if Car has arrived. I get a response that Car has been booked by someone else. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Poor time management and think that customer is a fool and bordering arrogance that Toyota's are in demand so why bother to worry about Customer experience.
