I had two occasions to visit and use Junction 17, the first to buy a used Aston Martin Vantage, I was given a very honest run down of the vehicle history and possible problems I might face with it after sale. I am pleased to say that no faults have appeared with the car. It is rare to find such honesty when buying second hand. On the second occasion I sold a Porsche 993 through them, the car was in a minor accident on the way to deliver it to them, they had the car repaired before sale ( only minor bodywork painting to do) and charged me a very reasonable price for the repair with no fuss. I would highly recommend Junction 17, Peterborough whether you are buying or looking to sell your car.

I had an excellent experience with Junction 17 Peterborough. The staff that I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. They had three of the model that I was looking to buy, right down to the correct colour. Once I'd made my decision, I was given a very good trade in price, and able to drive away within 2 hours. A couple of minor issues were dealt with very quickly on site. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a jag off junction 17 on October last year. I had a very good experience with them and thought the staff were very helpful and the range of cars they had, well we were blown away by them. I also purchased a 15 month warranty with GEM. My car has not had any faults all this time until a couple of weeks ago - it started to sound rather poorly, smoking and not driving as it should. Bearing in mind I don't live local to junction 17 I rang them anyway to see what I had to do to get the car fixed. I thought they would send me elsewhere and fob me off like most garages would but I couldn't have been more wrong. I spoke to Leonie who was so helpful and really want to look after me, she organised GEM to get my car recovered to junction 17, which they did the next day!! I got phone calls daily from Leonie to keep me up to date with what was happening. It turned out it was only an injector. Leonie got the claim authorised with GEM and I didn't have to pay anything! Amazing! They asked me to do this review for them yesterday as I told them how happy I was with their service when I picked my jag up yesterday and I wanted to share my experience. 10 out of 10 for both sales service and after care service. For the second time in 5 years this garage has bent over backwards to get me the right deal for the car I want. I haven't stopped smiling since getting the car! All staff were very polite . I don't know any over garage that will refurbish your wheels and spray the colour you want. I only went on the off chance as was let down by another garage and saw the bmw being cleaned in the show room and it blew me away. Would Defo recommend to anyone

I went to junction 17 to view their BMW Z4s as they had 6 advertised. Although the selection they had were nice they unfortunately didn't have the one in particular I had my eye on as it was already sold. I wanted to do a review as I am regularly buying cars I'm a bit of a petrol head and I wanted to share with others that there is finally a nice dealership in Peterborough to buy a car!

I have been dreading purchasing a new car for a few months since my divorce. My ex husband always made the car purchases so I was anxious being a single woman. I am now the proud lady owner of a gorgeous BMW Z4. I have put this review on because I couldn't be happier with my whole purchase experience and I feel junction 17 cars should receive the credit they deserve. The salesmen were enthusiastic and eager to sell me a car without being pushy. I met one of the directors Leoni who was reassuring and extremely helpful. I got a fantastic finance deal with motonovo, the payments are a lot less than k thought they would be. When I picked it up it had been valeted serviced and motd ready for me. To my friends I likened the service I got buying an expensive car from them to buying a chocolate bar at the local corner shop. Was handed the keys with the minimal amount of fuel in it and told there was a petrol station up the road. I would have thought they would have given me more than a few miles of fuel for such an expensive purchase. I wasn't told about a charge for credit card otherwise I would have worked out another payment method. Also wasn't told about an admin charge. The dealer hardly showed me anything about the car and basically just handed me the keys. Later that night I realised there was a fault with the heating system, no blowers where working. I rang them and they told me everything was fine when you took it. Yeah thanks for that, no apology just typical sales trying to wriggle out of everything. I had to sort it all out with Porsche myself. I also had to wait over 2 months for my log book to come through. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will stick to main dealerships in future where the customer service is ten times better,

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the customer service you got with us Oliver. Firstly with regards to the Porsche you bought, we aim to be the cheapest on Autotrader for any particular car you are searching for, this therefore means that we will be substantially lower in price than a main dealer, probably by £5000-£8000 cheaper. With this in mind yes we do not have a full tank of fuel as our profit margins are not high like a main dealer who can afford a full tank of fuel or any additional extras. Our admin fee is a fee to cover the costs of a pre delivery inspection, a full valet and full MOT and/or service if required. With regards to the credit card charge, this is standard at any company for retail goods - the majority of retail companies stand a charge for credit cards because the credit card companies charge them as they do us. With regards to the sales staff not wanting to help After hearing the heaters were not working - well, as you are aware, the Porsche you bought is still under manufacturers warranty therefore Porsche would be responsible for any such repairs and this is what we told you, that it would need to go to Porsche for repairs under manufacturers warranty. I do agree with you however about the salesman not detailing the hand over with you. We will be re training that particular salesman to guide him through the correct hand over procedure again.
