These guys are really friendly and polite. They are just really nice guys. I am happy with everything they did for me when I was buying my BMW 4 Series and even afterwards. It has had some faults come up but they have been so good at getting back to me and helping me get it all sorted. You never want something to go wrong but when it does, it is how they handle it that speaks volumes and these guys have been great so far.

I had been thinking about getting an Audi S5 for a couple of years but was just toying with it whenever they came up. When I saw one with Junction 17 Cars I just jumped on it and decided it was time I bit the bullet. I have always like Junction 17 and I have been a couple of times with my mate to have a look as I really like their performance cars. When I went to look at the S5 I was blown away by how clean the showroom was, it was immaculate! I am very impressed with them, they are just a really good company to work with. I was very chuffed with the service I received and how they got me everything I needed. From the service I had, they are a 5 star dealer without a doubt. I have already done quite a lot of miles in my S5 and it just drives so nice. I am very chuffed with it! Hopefully it will last me for many years to come but when I do want another I will be going straight to Junction 17.

These guys opened a new branch that is close to me so I had a look online and they had the type of cars I like so I went to have a look in person. They were very professional and the customer service was good. It was very relaxed and they just let me have a look around without trying to push anything on me. They offered me their packages but when I said that I didn't want them there was no pressure to change my mind. They were patient with me when the payment failed too which was a bit of a nightmare but we got there in the end. My Audi S5 is all going well and I am very happy with it.

Junction 17 were fairly local to me and when I had a look they had a range of cars that I was interested in. I went down and Harry was really helpful. They were really busy when I got there so they let me just wander around which was ideal as I could narrow down my search without feeling under pressure or like a burden. They then got me the keys for a Discovery Sport that I liked so I went out in it and had a good feel of the car. It was a really good sales experience and my Discovery Sport is brilliant. I have done over 2000 miles in it already going round to visit people and show off my new car 😂

I started my search on Autotrader when I was looking for my Mercedes GLC Class as I was looking for one that was just the right colour and spec. After putting in all my requirements Junction 17 came up with one that was exactly what I wanted so I had a look at their website. It all looked great and the website was professional and easy to use so I booked a viewing online. I went down with my partner and my daughter to view the car but the guys took the time to not just take care of me but also take care of them even offering my daughter a hot chocolate which was very nice of them. Ollie was very good and was down to earth too. I think he had only been there a week but he was lovely to chat to and he was very knowledgeable about all of the cars there not just the one I was looking at. The whole experience was trouble free which was so nice. The Merc has been great too, I am driving it a fair bit and it has been a god send.

I recently visited Junction 17 and was instantly blown away by the incredible cars in their showroom. Their selection was extensive, catering to a wide range of preferences and budgets. After browsing through their impressive inventory, I found that the Ford Fiesta they had was the perfect fit for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. A massive thanks to Charlie, who made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He quickly sorted out all my paperwork and was always ready to answer any questions I had with patience and expertise. His professionalism and friendly demeanour made a significant difference in my experience. What stood out to me was the level of customer service at Junction 17. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I want to give a big thank you to Leonie and Mollie again for resolving the V5 issue. Both members of the team are the exact kind of people you want to deal with when buying a car. I drove away in a beautiful Ford Mustang that has been brilliant for the past 3 weeks of ownership.

I've already clocked 600/700 miles in my new car within just three weeks, and it's been performing very well to say the least. The customer service at the dealership was exactly what you want from a dealership, there was no pressure, they let me take the car for a test drive, and it was well presented when I came to view/ collect it. A solid 4-star experience!

Everything is fine with my Mercedes and I've received the log book, so all the paperwork is complete. This was my first visit to Junction 17, and I was impressed with their customer service. The staff were not pushy at all, they let me browse at my own pace but were ready to assist when I needed it. They offered a test drive, which was great for making my decision. I've got no reason to not give them 5 stars.

On the day of my initial enquiry I had a young lady looking after me but unfortunately I forget her name. Regardless she was nothing short of amazing! She really took her time to show me the car's features and the additional extras it came with. Since driving away in my Audi S7 everything has been going well and so far, I'm really happy with it.
