Really happy with my new car, the whole process was just so easy, I reserved the car online for £99 with Leonie, was then given a call the next day by Jacob to say he would be looking after me in the sale, he went out of his way to make sure the car was right, has it serviced with a brake fluid change and full MOT. Couldn’t of been happier. Thank you to the Junction 17 team and especially Jacob.

The customer service here was excellent and made the whole experience which can be overwhelm very easy and enjoyable. The whole team was very good overall, Luke especially was very knowledgable

Local to the area, decided to purchase my new 3 series from Junction 17. Contrary to the odd bad review I’d say that the whole process was great! Leonie was fantastic in lead up to collecting the car answering any questions I had, she also arranged a £99 deposit to reserve the vehicle for a week which I thought was a nice touch! Was looked after by James on day of collection, no complaints whatsoever. Extremely polite, made it a memorable experience. Would recommend, thanks Junction 17!

Made appointment, left deposit, picked car up, easy. Just how I like it. I don’t usually leave reviews and to be honest reading some of the reviews on here completely contradict my experience. I will buy my next car from Junction 17 Peterborough.

I have just left J17 Cars in Peterborough to look at an Audi RS Q3 which they have in, after a 100mile drive. The sales man, Zac, walked out and I mentioned I had reserved the car online, he said he will get the keys. He walks down with the log book in hand ready to sign over. He couldn’t tell me what had been done referring to oils, service etc, but said if I’m buying the car then he will get the oils done, so they’re not done! The only paperwork he would show me was their own check sheet which means nothing really. I explained that I was a cash buyer, wasn’t buying the car today and was viewing a facelift model tomorrow to compare if the extra money is worth it. I asked for a test drive, the reply was: what’s the point in that?! I said it’s so I can compare the vehicles, at the end of the day I am spend 25 grand. He said it’s company policy that the car doesn’t get a test drive until you buy it! I am not buying any car without testing it first. I told him to forget about it and can he send me a refund. He asked why I told him to forget it, I said it’s the attitude, I expect to be treated with at least a proper answer and a bit of respect. He walked off and said I will check with the manager, I thought this is so much hassle to get a test drive what will it be like if there’s any issues. I told him to forget it and I walked out! This garage is to be avoided or you buy a car at your own risk.

Junction 17 Peterborough is the worst car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Too much to list on here. Stay well clear. I’m getting trading standards involved to try and stop anyone else going through what I did.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!! NOT FALSE!!! They have seem to have been able to communicate quicker with a review website than they have with their customer!! This company is terrible, I mean really really bad!! Test drove car it had issues. Was assured all would be sorted on pick up it wasnt. Took them two weeks to get car ready. Had additional admin fees for insurance as car promised to be ready. Even rang and checked. Wasnt given any details of additional warranty I purchased. Had to chase up. There were three issues I picked up on. None of which were sorted. Should have walked away. Left good deposit as gesture but made no difference. They had car for a week and not all issues sorted. Wasn't given courtesy car even though issues should have been sorted before I purchased it. Had to get taxis to work. Many phone calls to check if work was done Staff rarely ring you back. Had to phone several times for hpi check. Paid for it myself in the end.  Car showing outstanding finance ( its stock unit finance though which is different but disconcerting anyway). Said they would change front tyres, they didn't. Car wasn't valeted. The pdi is a joke most items on list not ticked. ( had car checked by someone else). Was so low on fuel I'm surprised I made it to the nearest petrol station. ( add price of full tank to car sale price and have it full when customer picks up! Would be a nice touch). Had to chase up V5 several times and problem with the reg number itself. Paid for new tyres myself and getting issues fixed elsewhere and paying for it. Dont even want to ring them.  I expected more when you spend £25,000 on a car and leave £10,000 deposit. I paid the balance on pick up. I've never had such a frustrating time buying a car EVER!! They managed to make something that should have been exciting into something miserable. The list goes on unfortunately. If you're looking at cars from this company then don't. Wouldn't go nack to Junction 17 if you paid me! Dont ne fooled by the big impressive showroom you would be better off buying a car from Boyce from only Fools and Horses!!! You have been warned!!!

Olaribigbe. I wish to award five stars only to Luke personally for the excellent service I received from him in negotiating my recent purchase of a car I bought from Junction 17 (Peterborough.) From my first conversation with Luke to the end of the transaction he gave me regular updates on the progress of the purchase. He listened carefully and courteously to any queries I had. Nothing was too much trouble for Luke: he is a consummate professional who spares no effort to ensure a good outcome for the customer. It is such a pity that Luke’s manager was not as helpful as Luke from whom he could learn much about professional attitudes to clients. If I was thinking of buying another car, I would wish Luke to transact the deal.
