Went to buy a Mercedes cls from J17 Cars in Peterborough, told me the car would be ready to take away when I arrived.. how ever it wasn't had not even been washed..it's a blessing as the car was terrible continues lies about bald tyres.. advisories as long as your arm on mot sheet. I have changed my car many times usually every 12 months. From my initial enquiry through auto trader I was contacted the same day , phoned the next day and offered a px price over the phone , which was £800 more than other quotes , the finance was then arranged and emailed to me to check figures. An appointment was then made to visit dealership, test drive and view my trade in . On the same day within 3 hours I was driving home my new car having seen the finance manager then the sales man James who taxed car and explained all internal buttons and gadgets etc whilst vechial was being serviced and cleaned again. I have never had such an easy car buying service, so professional and easy going and will definitely be using junction 17 again and again and recommend them to my friends. One other thing when I arrived with my px I didn't get the usual well now we've seen it there's a scratch etc so can only give you £300 less.
