Had some great Black Friday deals over the weekend, managed to nab myself a half price warranty! The car was absolutely stunning and because of the terrible weather this weekend, they had the car ready in the showroom for me to inspect. Great service and a nice personal touch to have a coffee ready for me when I got there!

Just want to personally thank Luke for all the help he gave me. Very professional and provided great service. He was very patient with me (even gave me a nice cup of coffee) and allowed me to go for a test drive to help me get a feel for the car. Would definitely recommend this type of service to others from Junction 17.

I thought that by buying a car with a value of £10,000 these guys wouldn't really bat an eyelid at me due to the cars they stock. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was treated with the utmost care and respect. My salesman had everything ready days before I arrived and the whole process was so smooth. I even got a follow up call asking how I got on. I waited a few weeks to leave this review to see how I got on, and so far I'm over the moon!

Really happy with my new car, the whole process was just so easy, I reserved the car online for £99 with Leonie, was then given a call the next day by Jacob to say he would be looking after me in the sale, he went out of his way to make sure the car was right, has it serviced with a brake fluid change and full MOT. Couldn’t of been happier. Thank you to the Junction 17 team and especially Jacob.

Local to the area, decided to purchase my new 3 series from Junction 17. Contrary to the odd bad review I’d say that the whole process was great! Leonie was fantastic in lead up to collecting the car answering any questions I had, she also arranged a £99 deposit to reserve the vehicle for a week which I thought was a nice touch! Was looked after by James on day of collection, no complaints whatsoever. Extremely polite, made it a memorable experience. Would recommend, thanks Junction 17!
