Quick and easy from start to finish, would recommend.

Bought my vehicle and Ian was very helpful, some delays outside anybodys control and these were expedited very well. Only small negative was the internal valet wasn't as good as I expected however maybe my expectation was too high. Overall very good service and I felt looked after. Recommend.

The trade in of my old car and the purchase of the new one went really well. The prices were perfectly fair for both and the whole process went seamlessly which was great. 2 things though: 1. I was left waiting for nearly an hour even though I had "booked in" to swap cars. 2. They try (tried in my case) to get you to sign that you'll bring the new car into them for any repairs during the first 6 months. I refused and they were okay with that. Other than that though I was really impressed and would recommend Junction 17!

I will definitely be returning to Junction 17 Cars in the future as everything that happened went perfectly there. I cannot recommend them enough. A very good service they provided and I ended up with a brilliant car!

Friendly and helpful staff, a pleasant transaction, happy days. The Mitsubishi was clean and as described plus good value. Everything was just spot on and I'd definitely recommend.
