From my previous review of the Company you can see I was more than a tad angry with them. Several things went wrong that should not and were never dealt with as they could have been, however the boss, Mr Colin Bacon got in touch personally and in a matter of ten short minutes had everything settled to my satisfaction. In the end the problems I was having with the cd changer in my Jaguar were less down to J17 and more to do with another garage. The gearbox problem the car developed was fixed and it now runs perfectly. The main problem was a simple lack of communication for which I have received ample apology and recompense. Would I use J17 again? Likely yes. Would I recommend them? Probably.
One thing that did stick out was the young lady in customer relations who remained calm and polite at all times. She deserves cheers.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at junction 17. I got a good feel from the start when I phoned up. We live in Cambridge so it was a fair distance to travel but the car was ready to drive away today and the whole sales process was very smooth. We purchased a Porsche Boxster from them. They gave us a very fair part exchange price on my mini and we got a very good finance rate. We'd be happy to recommend to anyone. The staff were excellent and the showroom is very well presented and the cars all look like amazing. Nice to see a garage doing it right. Linda and Graham xx

PLEASE READ - BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
Paid £600 deposit for a car based on an ''estimated quote'' (we advised beforehand of 1 active CCJ and previous adverse credit history). Finance offer came through and was way off estimate, changed our mind and phoned to ask for refund of £600 deposit, my mobile number was taken and was advised I'd receive a call back, low and behold, no call. £600 out of pocket, will have to see what the authorities and regulators think about this on monday. Reading reviews on various sites I can see that this is not the 1st time this has happened.

Eventually bought the Focus ST3 225 - Slight hicup along the way due to my misunderstanding, Jamie, Luke and Neil all did a great job in helping us and advising accordingly. Whoever reads, please disregard the above review, I jumped to a conclusion without assessing the whole picture. Great place, people, deal. Bought a super Fiesta, reasonably priced, as advertised, finance arranged no problem. Very easy, informed sales and they called me when they said they would. Their Customer Services called to make sure I was happy with everything too. Have recommended. Good outfit, will go back.

I went to look at a peugeot was happy they said if you pay 100£ deposit it will secure the car but if you changed your mind for what ever reasons we wil give it you back my father was helping me out to buy the car but he got rushed into hospital I explained this and said can i have my money back they are not interested what a joke of a company

All for show.
Perfect selling the car to me.. All seemed amazing and left feeling good and excited to collect my car.
Absolutely shocking after care.
No reply to any emails. Mixed advice given from different staff regarding part exchange.
At one point in a phone conversation.. 'How can I put this professionally? He doesn't want to deal with you right now'.
Do not wish to put all of my private information on here, but I will say, I was left in a very difficult position over Christmas which could easily have been avoided.
Was happy to return to have car serviced etc.. However, now I will be warning friends and family and the good honest people on this earth to stay away.
