after reading these reviews 2nd Freelander From Lawtons okay u drop on a bad car now and then but they try to put it right never been fobbed off 90% of the time they sort it out

I fancied a different car and I had been driving a BMW 1Series for a while, instead of doing a huge upgrade I made a sort of sideways movement and went for the Alfla Romeo Stelvio its quite a bit bigger than the BMW and to be honest it has shocked me because I wasn't expecting the power, its a lot faster than I thought it would be so that is fun!The car is brilliant. The process down at the dealership with the boys was really easy, and they were all so helpful. I don't normally give 5 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement but coming to think of what they could of done better... there is nothing. So 5 stars it is!

Bought a car from here had so many faults when I told them they didn't want too know the car sat on my drive for 8 months undriveable because of this I am still paying the outstanding finance and lost over 10k in earnings due to not being able get too work and they didn't care unless you want to be left over 18 thousand pound out of pocket stay well clear

Was sold a car 6 months ago the day after I had it, it was in the garage having its clutch done! (Luckily I took out a warranty) Then 2 months later my car kept going into limp mode and the garage just didn’t want to help me at all! They have no aftercare what so ever! And don’t care to even help you with anything once you’ve given then your money! Do not go to this garage!

Agreed a price for a vehicle in short time, which when I arrived to collect 9 days later as requested was not honoured and was asked to pay an additional cost. This is the first time this has happened to me in 38 years of car purchasing.

I purchased a 2015 Range Rover Sport from Lawsons around 5 months ago. The purchase process was easy, no pressure and friendly. Unfortunately soon after the car developed a fault. Lawsons immediately took it in and gave me a curtesy car. At this point no one knew that this fault was to prove extremely difficult to repair. As these cars are incredibly complex it was sent to an independent specialist. After a number of failed attempts to repair it the car was sent to Rybrook Land Rover who also needed 2 attempts to fix it. Throughout the process Lawsons were superb, they even loaned me a discovery 4 to use to tow our caravan so we didn't miss our holiday. David Pear of Lawsons ensured that my car was finally fixed, returned to me in pristine condition and could not be more helpful. Ive had bad experiences with used car dealers in the past but Lawsons really do buck that trend. We will most definitely be buying my wife's next car from David at Lawsons. Thank you. Mr Mark Davies.
