Bought a car from Lawson Motor Company 11 months ago...what a mistake! Went back after 3 weeks with a power steering fault, didn’t fix it just told me there was no problem with it, and if it happened again then they would sort it, it’s happened numerous times since and they have refused to be helpful, 11 months in I’m still fighting with no response, unhelpful company I would never advise anyone to buy a car from here. Already spent £1200 on getting all the problems sorted with another £895 needed to be spent which is almost as much as the car is worth. Absolute disgrace of a company especially knowing that I need the car to attend necessary hospital appointments with my I’ll child!

I disagree with you completely there It has took a year after the review you finally decide to respond to it. I can assure you this review was not a mistake or a misunderstanding it’s an honest review of my experience, I have all paperwork and communications that I had with you On paper with a list as long as my arm with all the stuff I had to have repaired on the car, the biggest expense being the power steering that the car came back to you for after only 3 weeks for you to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and for the lady to tell me I drove it home and it was fine- she shouldn’t be taking MY CAR home. In my honest opinion buying a car that was meant to last that has had to have more than its worth spent on it within months of owning it shouldn’t have happened and I had no help from your end whatsoever with any queries I had. Therefore my review still stands as an honest review.
Let me look at the cars without any pushy salesmen following me round. Took the car for a spin to check it out. Fab service from Lawson Motor Company.

I bought a corsa in January. Great price and lovely clean car. Had a small issue with the engine light but took it to the congleton garage and it was fixed also gave me a courtesy car. I would highly recommend both garages as staff are really friendly and helpful. Definitely use Lawson Motor Company again.

We bought a Vauxhall Corsa in March 2017 and all was well until recently when the car started leaking oil. I rang Lawsons and, praise where it is due, our problem was resolved professionally, staff were very helpful and we were provided with a courtesy car whilst our Corsa was in for repair. I would recommend Lawsons and thank you for the excellent after sales service received!
I am really happy with my Mercedes Benz from Lawson Motor Company. I have had no issues with it so far. It was nice and clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The price was very reasonable and the staff at Lawson's were really helpful and friendly.

Really brilliant experience with Lawson Motor Company. In August I purchased a Ford C-Max and I am very happy with it. It was absolutely spot on when I received it and up to now I have had no issues at all. The car is really good value for money and i would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a good quality used car.
