The car is great it is just a shame the rest of the experience was not took nearly 2 weeks for delivery of the car but I was compensated with a 3 pin home charger after I phoned to cancel my order then I seemed to do 90% of the work as things had stalled then looking at the MOT it had gained over 5000 miles which again was sorted out but then the service light came on so contacted them to ask if it had bee done yes I was told could not reset the light as it was not on I was told this is were it goes pear shaped the light can be reset at any time also no stamp in the book or paper work for service and renault said if it breaks down then not covered as it has to be done at a VAT registered garage to this I have had no response from LMC so looks like I am going to have to shell out £169 for a service just before Christmas not good to say you pride yourselves in customer service satisfaction not here I am afraid.

I bought a Peugeot 107. I had issues straight away as the window seals were damaged, and the Matts did not fit on the floor so they slid up over the pedals. I was told this would be replaced but heard nothing. Then I noticed the engine makes a strange noise and the car shakes when idling- was told this was normal when I went back. I took the car to a private mechanic who said the exhaust needed replacing as it wasn't fitted properly and damaged. A panel had been replaced at the front of the car and kept popping out of place. I was told this car was of top quality but I actually lost 60% of what I paid after exchanging It in three months later. Received no reply when complaining and was pushed aside nonchalantly. Will never use LMC again and will make sure my friends and family don't too. Massively ripped off by this company.

Stay clear of London Motor Company based on the attitude from staff or owner (not sure which). Glad I found out what they were like prior to dealing with their buyer company "Southern Car Buyers" unlike some poor other people, now I have read others reviews!
I purchased a Mercedes 2009 Viano from London Motor Company which came with a full years MOT, on the day I realised that the rear indicator lights were cracked, how it managed to pass a MOT I haven't a clue!!! Joe was promised to send me a replacement indicator light lens. All Good. Fast forward, 2 weeks after I purchased the car it catches fire and the engine bay burnt out, the insurance wrote the car off. I rang to speak to Joe who told me that it may have been due to a recall issue. Dis I receive any support from LMC....NO!!!! I rang Joe to cancel the now obsolete warranty, Joe said he would call me back, did he NO!!! In the end I lost £700!!!! Thanks a bunch LMC.
Staff from LMC Car Sales in response to A shoddy company at best!
We are sorry to hear about you experience, the mot would of passed with a cracked rear light as the indicators them selves still worked all mots are done at a independent garage to avoid conflicts of interest. We then purchased a rear light from Mercedes for you and was in the process of sending it out to you. Like yourself we have discovered the fire was due to a manufactures fault. The warranty out of a goodwill gesture have cancelled the warranty and we are waiting for the warranty company to refund any money owed.
To anyone thinking of buying a car from London Motor Company - DONT!!!!!! No wonder the industry has a bad name - when you have a car sales dealership such as LMC. If you have a fault with your car once you have bought from them, don't bother trying to take it back to have it fixed, as all they will do with it, is sit on it for a week and put a bucket of water over it and pretend they have fixed it. I could go on and on, but please just take my advice and stay WELL CLEAR.!!!!
I bought a 2014 Nissan car from them and within 3 months the battery wouldn't start the car which was surprising. This happened when we initially bought the car but we ignored it thinking it usual battery fault. 5 months down the line from when we purchased the car, about 4 error lights came. I took it for diagnostics at their office and they couldn't even diagnose it. It was later referred to Nissan and Paul from LMC contacted Nissan to come up with an excuse to put the bill on us. After i spoke to LMC and Nissan, it was clear they both have been in touch because they both gave misleading stories. Please stay away from them do not buy from them. I wished i had read this before purchasing from them.
Everything went smoothly. The salesman Terry was very helpful

Thought I was purchasing a car with full service history.... as it was advertised !!! This is not true, I have contacted London Motor Company about their false advertising and apparently there is nothing they can do. I am contacting trading standards. Do not buy any car from here
No complaints what so ever! London Motor Company made buying my BMW a pleasurable, straight forward experience. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and the car was absolutely pristine. I have had it since January and it still drives perfectly. I would very happily recommend London Motor Company to my friends and family.

I bought a 13-plate DS5 from LMC a few weeks ago. Very pleased that they don't try to hard-sell: as a former car-salesman myself, I know the routine and really just like to get-in, get-out and get my car. The car itself needed one or two minor cosmetic repairs which were done quickly and to a very high standard, though oddly minor cosmetic damage on a light cluster above one of the issues we had spotted, was untouched. No problem though; it was minor and i am a perfectionist. The only other issue (again - very minor) is that the valet had used some form of strange semi-solid liquid polish on the internal speakers - leaving a residue in the speaker body which will require some work with a cocktail-stick; and on deeper inspection in and around the driver-seat, it looks as if either an inappropriate cleaning or polishing fluid was used or spilled on the plastics, which will require a touch of 'back-to-black' or similar for grey-plastics. No great problem - though just a touch unusual for a valet... Would I recommend LMC again? Yes - James was very helpful.
