The Renault Zoe is alright. We have had no problems with it. We have had some issues with the customer service not getting back to us, some bits took a couple of weeks to get sorted. The sales guys were good.

I have had a few issues with the car, but they were great at booking me back in and getting the issues fixed. There is an ongoing issue with the air con they are working with me to get it fixed.

The experience with LMC was alright, the process was alright. I travelled down from Manchester to Essex for the car. I also got the extra warranty. When there was a little issue with the car, they sorted it quickly, they were really helpful

The cars great. It was a smooth process, quite relaxed. They told us that they could give us free MOT and thought there was a slow puncture in one of the tyres. LMC offered for us to take it to somewhere local. They did pay for the work but it took some time. We have had previous dealings with another company and their were no good, but the experience was good at LMC. They are calm, relaxed and not pushy. They let us look around and ask questions. Four star as aftersales contact was a bit slow but I would recommend them to others.
