Everything was going great up until the car actually arrived. I’d been searching for this exact spec Jeep for what felt like forever so I was really excited to have finally found one. Unfortunately when it arrived, I was disappointed to find it hadn’t been properly valeted which took the shine off it a bit. I called LMC and to be fair, they sent over a payment to cover the cost of putting it right, so I really appreciated their acknowledgement.

I'm a fairly easy customer to please, but the staff at the dealership were ever so helpful so I’ve got no complaints. I’m still getting used to all the features and functions of the car—the Kia Niro's are super modern and there’s a lot I don’t understand just yet, but I’m definitely getting there.

It was my partner that found LMC through Autotrader so we decided to go and have a look at the car. Ghengis was the name of the guy who dealt with me and answered any questions we had, he was lovely. We will definitely go back when we're in need of another car.

I'm loving the car so far, I've used it every single day. I dealt with Yousef who was more than helpful and he was a laugh too which made the process easier. I was browsing on Autotrader and liked the car at LMC so I went to have a look. I can't really fault them to be honest.

I had a great experience, it was very good overall. Nazir dealt with me, and there was no pressure at all. He was quite thorough throughout the process. The car is great, I haven’t driven it much yet, just a few short journeys. I'd happily give them 5 stars.
