The dealership were responsive and helpful. We were abit apprehensive due to some review and we asked the dealer to do more due diligence on the vehicle and they were able to do that which meant that we were much more confident in buying the vehicle rather than taking their word for it. I think they should answer the phone quicker but mostly they were responsive. They were good.

Finding the car I wanted was easy, reserved it and they were quite happy to let me book pick up for a couple of weeks later. Ally took me though the process in a clear and professional way, when I got there picked me up from the station, made sure I was happy, answered my questions and we did the deal! Very happy!

I liked the colour of the Ford Kuga at LMC, I can’t remember the name of the salesperson but he was a good guy and they are a good company!

I came across the Hyundai Ioniq at LMC on Autotrader, It's been fine so far, there was a chip on the windshield that wasn't mentioned, but it wasnt a big deal, overall the staff were very good with me
