Happy with the way we were left to look over the car unhindered - the overall process was good. Disappointed it took so long for the change of owner to be submitted to the DVLA but only because we were waiting on the V5 in order to assign our own registration plate. After getting the car home and having more time, have to say I think it could have been prepared better - clean on face value inside but not really one I went looking harder. Especially as the dealer had it in stock for a number of months. But as stated before, overall happy.

All fine, no problems. Not used this dealership before but the price was right and its got lots of service history. Staff were good, cant fault them. I’d recommend.

Very happy with the Audi. I saw the car on Autotrader and went to see it. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t remember the name of the sales guy but he was great. Had an issue with the car after collection but they got it fixed, didn’t have to chase them.

No hassle, friendly dealership. They made me feel that I was buying a good quality vehicle and l felt confident to buy from them. They sent me walk around videos and pictures of the car due to my distance to them and contacted me prior to coming down to advise it was all ready to go.

Few issues with the car initially but they got it sorted as quick as they could. Everything has been dealt with properly, they’ve been great. I dealt with Ed, he was brilliant through all of it and the lad who did the handover was good.
