Came in with no notice. The vehicle I was after was not onsite the team worked efficiently to ensure the vehicle was bought so I can view it even though I had not booked an appointment and arrived with no notice. Very hospitable staff which ensure you are comfortable and do not pressure sell they allow you to view the vehicle in your own time ask as many questions as you want. Very helpful members of staff. I have not yet purchased a vehicle as I am at the beginning of my search but as I’ve received such impeccable service I shall be paying them a visit to hopefully complete my purchase with them in the near future.

I was first worried about the negative reviews that i saw online but I met a very chap guy called Adam. He helped me pick my next car and answered all the questioned I had.
Fooled by the reviews, we bought a C Class from MB Brent Park few weeks back. No faults were mentioned during the sale. The car made a horrendous noise from the next day. Took the car back and were told that everything was fine and this is usual wear & tear. We paid £110/- to get it checked from another Mercedes specialist, they diagnosed the rear differential being faulty. We were quoted 2.5K for the repair. The diagnostic report was sent to MB Brentpark. They responded after 7 days saying this is routine wear & tear. We requested this car to be returned and our old car given back along with the monies paid as the car was clearly faulty and this fault was not mentioned to us during the sale. MB Brentpark refused to take the car back. As per UK law we were entitled to a full refund within 30 days if the goods were faulty and not fit for purpose. Despite of sending numerous emails we did not get any help from them. Now seeking legal advise.

Purchased a Mercedes-Benz E class from MB Brent Park service was amazing and the variety of vehicles was amazing I’ve been trying to find an E class for a long time but I couldn’t find one that was worth it’s money until I arrived to MB. Left with an amazing car and a big smile on my face would really recommend them

Bought a px ford, have had issues, have listened to me, but then basically ignored me, no help, missing wheel nuts on front wheels which is dangerous, none working driver assist unit. A call back and discussion would have helped. I cant recommend.

I picked up my 2018 on January 19 2021 ,initially thought fantastic service but after the long drive home to Edinburgh from London I opened the bonnet to find oil level low,brake fluid very low,coolant level low,engine full of dead leaves and cob webs ,and a part missing from the wheel mount bolt on the drivers side,told if want it all checked to return back to london,as in terms and conditions they do not service cars unless due,I had to pay for mot,pay for new log book ,now I find my rear window heating isn't working even after replacing the fuse,I email today to say I'm told car has 3 month warranty and shock horror that's not covered, I paid over 20k for this car and everything is read the terms and conditions even having to pay an extra £500 because I had finance outside of these .I am now at my wits end and now emailing consumer office on car dealers with a copy of all emails They will say this account is fraud but I have every email if needed
