Probably the worst experience of buying a car. Went to see the car in showroom, they agreed to do a full valet, clean the seats, and ensure tyres were legal limit. I done the finance and they said they will call me back the next day to let me know what happen. No call back….. So I called back to figure out what’s happening, they said it’s gone through and car will be ready in few days. So I called back 2 days before I was to collect and said Isit ready in 2 days, they said no because you haven’t given £500 deposit…. ( no one had asked for it ) So I sent the deposit and went to collect the car on the Sunday. The car was cleaned but the front drivers tyre was not replaced and was illegal limit - when I questioned it they said it was legal when clearly it wasn’t, even the sales person was agreeing. The seats had wax marks on them that they not been cleaned, the sales person said to come back in 8 days to get them cleaned? At the back of the car there was a dent that wasn’t there when we test drove the car. When we questioned these three things the sales man said he would contact the owner Hussain to see what can be done. Hussain came back and said nothing can be done and to take it or leave it. We was buying a £35,000 car…. Not a toy. We then asked for refund of deposit as the requirements had not been met and he was not wanting to fix them. Hussain refused to give refund of deposit and said it’s non refundable, when not once was it mentioned that deposit is non refundable. He said the reason it’s not refundable is because the car it’s been taken of his website and auto trader….. but a search while I was in the show room showed it was still on his website and auto trader. Deposit being non refundable was not mentioned once. I feel like I have been scammed and a quick search on the internet shows that I am not the only one, lots of other people have been scammed with this deposit scam. To meet in middle I said refund me atleast £250 but he didn’t bother replying. I have now contacted trading standard who are investigating this for me. I would suggest if you looking to buy a car from here 1) ask for everything in writing or email 2) take videos of the car 3) don’t pay deposit until you have enough evidence if something goes wrong you can pay get refund. I have since bought direct from Mercedes Benz Brentford. It was 2k more but I feel much better and a lot stress free.

I do not recommend this car company because when you want to exchange it says that the hpi verification system does not work and you stop the deposit that you will not give back if nh suits the car you want to exchange or it gives you a very low price.

I do not recommend this car company because when you want to exchange it says that the hpi verification system does not work and she's stop the deposit that you will not give back if the car you want to exchange she's don't like it gives you a very low price. Because she's don't like the feedback she's call me for asking why ai live.
