This company does not understand the concept of customer service. Wanting to spend north of 55K and they couldnt even be bothered to call me after emailing and calling them, plus failed promises of return phone calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.
Reserved a GLC 300d Premium Plus, retail price £42,499 on 17th August 2021with a £1000 deposit. Was advised that the car would be unavailable before mid to end September as it was out on lease. Agreed that I would wait until car was free and that it would be delivered to my parents' home in Bucks., since I'm currently overseas. On 3rd September, when my sales contact returned from holiday he advised me that the car was a write off and no longer available for sale. Not really understanding what was going on I contacted MB Customer Services who just got back to me today to tell me that the car was bought by Colindale, in the knowledge that repairs were needed, but subsequently it was decided that it was not commercially viable to repair the car.....which I had been told was out on lease. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. If a Mercedes dealership cannot be honest with clients then it should not be allowed to represent what I had always thought was a premium brand. Unfortunately I cannot give this dealership a ZERO STAR rating.
My Car went in for a routine MOT and Service along with a repair job for an Oil Leak, I was quote £3200 and 15 hours labour to diag and repair the oil leak, this was on the 3rd of AUG 2021, the car came back to me with a worse Oil leak and engine starting issues and the interior of the car was in a mess with scratch marks all over, getting hold of someone at MB is next to impossible with the phones saying they are short staffed etc, which is not the case, they are lazy employees who are standing around. i had to get AA to confirm if the car was safe to drive or not which they confirmed i had been given a car back that was unsafe due to where the oil leak was. MB did the original repair which turned out not to be the cause of the oil leak, and tried to dispute the car was safe to drive. (morons) in a nut shell they said they need to pull the engine to replace the oil pan (I doubt this to be true) and since doing this there is s further oil leak and a problem with the ignition coil now. which of course MB have told me to pay for. is there any way we can band together to take some action against MB Colindale, looks like we all have been taken for a ride and put out of pocket.
I put my car in for a service and MOT, my car is 3 years old and I have never had a failed MOT on a nearly new car before and considering it’s under warranty and extended warranty. Anyway, I told them to fix the issue, which they did. They called me to say my car was ready for collection, I got there 30 minutes later to collect it. A few people were waiting and being served, I gave them my card with all the details of my car and they drove it out to the front a few minutes later. One of the customer service people said they should be printing out my invoice shortly, but there was only 1 person in the office, unbelievable. I waited for 45 minutes to receive my invoice, about 3 other people who came after collected their vehicles before I did, I was not happy at all. I told them I was in a hurry to collect my daughter, and they intentionally decided to make me last on the list. I need to change my car as it is 3 years old, I’m seriously thinking of not getting another Mercedes. If I do, I will go to another dealership, because this dealership is both sexist and racist, never again will I visit this place. If I was you, try Temple Fortune or Milton Keynes, definitely not Colindale. I even feel like writing a complaint the CEO or Director of Mercedes UK, to inform them the shoddy service they are offering.
Bought a C220d AMG line car from Mercedes recently and all done over the phone/ WhatsApp/ email with no hassle at all. The price I was quoted was the best available on the market and all my questions were promptly answered by Mr Mohammed Iqbal. At every stage of the purchase was completed by email and I was not put under pressure any stage. On the day I collected the car he was very professional and courteous and patiently explained everything about the car. My free 7 day insurance was also arranged promptly within 15 minutes. Highly recommend Mercedes Colindale!
Worst ever service for any make of car .They took my car for a joy ride .They’re so stupid they didn’t even realise the car has a tracker on it showing everything. The wheel surrounds were damaged and they even refused to let us view the pre service video. The car was returned filthy inside and out .Unfortunately my car was recalled by the maker so we had to use Colindale. In spite of numerous attempts to speak to anyone my phone calls are never returned.
Totally useless aftersales service, I returned my car to Mercedes Colindale several times, while it was still under their used car warranty for them to rectify a fault, each time they returned the car back to me saying that they can't find the fault and if they can't find the fault, they are unable to fix it. Was it because the car was still under used car warranty and they didn't want to repair the fault or can they genuinely not find faults with faulty cars that they sell? Dropping the car for it's annual service is also a hassle, with long very waiting time, especially when collecting the car and incorrect paper work.
I was to give 0 star but it was not possible .worst dealer branch, worst service I have ever experience, It is not acceptable for a company like Mercedes Benz to act ill-mannered and unprofessional. you are paying for a service and you do not expect to be treated unfairly. Just waste of time and improper front desk service. I had my car for diagnose at this branch which is my mistake Unprofessional staff they are rude and not sorted out which need to be done.
My Mercedes went in for repair on the motor spray for my wipers. My car was dropped back on the same day and my wipers completely stopped working front and back! Bearing in mind both were working just fine before it was taken. They did not bother to top up the wiper liquid even though this was full when handed in and my car came back filthy ! Extremely disappointed to say the least, the driver was not able to assist me and referred us back to Mercedes ! For such an expensive car you would expect the repairs to be carried out and then some, this is not the first time customer service at the Colindale Mercedes has been terrible ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR MERCEDES HERE
I had my car service this branch which is my mistake Unprofessional staff they are rude and not sorted out which need to be done Add blue 85 percent They dont clean my car every where supervisor which name is debora she dont know to be nice to customer i dont recommend this branch even buy one stick for get about to buy car or make service your car
