I have dropped my car to them on Thursday and they promised me the car will be ready Friday afternoon. On Friday they said parts not arrived you will get your car Monday. On Monday they said part are arrived late so we couldn't finish the job and its Wednesday now. No one is Answering the phone.

Absolutely SHOCKED !!! My 2020 GLC 300d . 5000 miles has a major safety fault !!! Driving home in the rain 8.30 pm on a motorway .. I pull off the motorway and 5 minutes later the car literally shuts down ..NO ACCELERATION, NO STEERING, NO BRAKES NO LIGHTS .. WARNING SIGNS FLASHING UP AND BEEPING NOISES .. CAR ROLLS ACROSS ROAD AND SOMEHOW STOPS !! Rac come and check car and find 47 faults and 21 unknown faults !! IF THIS HAD HAPPENED 5 MINUTES EARLIER.. WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT FATALITIES !! EVEN THE MANAGER AT THE MERCEDES GARAGE HAS ADMITTED THIS !! I AM SO ANGRY 😡😡😡😡 THAT MERCEDES ARE GOING TO REPAIR AND EXPECT ME TO PUT MY FAMILY BACK IN THIS CAR … TRULY DISGUSTING!!! I WILL MAKE SURE THIS GOES ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA !!!!

Our experience was nothing short of abysmal. Glenn Le Conte (lives in Romford) was acting tough and called me outside to fight. This is just because as a customer, I was rightfully questioning some of his answers to get a better idea of how a finance works. He kept cutting me which was agitating, and he lastly tells me to "not get on a hump" when all I was doing was questioning some of his answers and feedback. I told him I want someone else to talk to and that he wasn't very helpful. He was accusing me of being aggressive when I wasn't and he started getting upset. I then told him that I was calm until he started pushing my buttons (cutting my sentences and telling me to not get on a hump). His response right next to his manager, was; I'll push any buttons I want mate." GLENN LE CUNTE is an old man with barely any customer service skills and has minimal professionalism. Wearing a shirt and a tie alone don't make you professional at all. Disgusting service all around.

This is disgusting the same Del-boy Glen Le Cunte sold me a vehicle recently and let’s just say your experience with as no different to mine the place is run by cowboys in cheap polyester suits with not even half a brain cel between them the whole of Mercedes is a joke to be fair they don’t have no level of service your better off going to a local car dealership
Very poor service after being a merc customer for 16 years had a appointment booked in to discuss to replace my current Mercedes’ no phone call so will be taking my business else where after looking at the reviews on here glad I checked them first before I got involved with them !

I traded in my smart car for another at the Loughton showroom with a salesman named Glen in October 2021. When I initially went to enquire and possibly trade my vehicle in the service seemed great and Glen seemed very confident in his job. Since purchasing the vehicle it’s been nothing but stress. To date January 2022 I’m still owed outstanding money and I’m having to chase them daily! 1.They failed to refund my deposit I had to go back to the showroom last month and demand my money and finally got it 3 days later after 8 weeks of waiting. 2. I then was informed by letter a few days later that my finance agreement for the vehicle I had traded in was still active, it was clear they failed to settle my previous finance agreement and was now threatening me with missing payments for my old vehicle! I was told by Rael Braverman that Narris one of the branch mangers at Loughton had forgotten to process the paperwork?! I’m now owed excess money from my previous agreement and to date ive done nothing but chase and chase I’ve been told by the complaints department they are looking into it, nobody calls back. Truly disgusting you can tell this is their style bottom of the barrel level of service! The level of service from showroom and the so called complaints department CAC is 0 they are the most incompetent, rude and highly disrespectful people I’m yet to hear back from them following my complaint. I would NOT advise to purchase any vehicle from MERCEDES - SMART period they clearly are far from SMART bunch

This site is clearly biased to the dealership and staff you remove comments which need to be displayed ppl are being ripped off by them and your not displaying a true reflection of ppls BAD experiences what’s the point
Awful people. Dreadful customer service. Tried to sell a car to us with various dents and scratches (over £40k in value). Apparently this would pass quality control. Went to another merc garage and it was a totally different service. This garage should be avoided at all costs. Don’t trust what they say. They lie and give so many stupid excuses it’s laughable. Just don’t waste your time on these people.
After having a Smart Car for the last 4 years, never missing a payment I wanted to upgrade to a bigger car and go up to a Mercedes A class (last 2 years) Had a conversation with a sales person who could have been an extra in White Gold or something of that nature (I work in sales so not a comment on sales people) He was so dismissive it was shocking, never called back when I chased about cars available, called the sales team to test drive a car they had (ignored) Went to Mercedes Dartford and bought an AMG line A class on the spot. Dealt with Sat, almost a night and day experience. I never write reviews but I just want to warn people as this was genuinely the worst sales/customer service experience ever. Think Gucci in the west end if you went in with a tracksuit and old trainers, just beyond belief bad.
To my disappointment, the people working there are not professional, and not only at the reception but also in the garage .
I went with my wife and son to look at a glb200, spent about 30 minutes looking around the car mak8ng sure the extra 2 seats will be ok for my son as he will be the one using those seats there was someone sitting on the desk just right nex to it and he did not effort whatsoever to acknowledge us, around 18:35 he storm off of his desk to lock one of their doors and while doing so 2 more came to him to have a quick chat and then dissappear once again, we were ready to buy, you don't spend 20 minutes or so looking at one car just to waste time, specially after driving around 1:30 hours to get there. Avoid that place, obviously no body is bothered.
