BMW 325d,buying the car with 12 months mot.and have been service done. And after two days has been double checked all around .The parts missing, and service have been done again.Because seller not been done.breake calipers have to replace and clutch kit.Car has been damaged but seller not been said about this.

My experience with this dealer has been dreadful. I cannot find anything to recommend this dealer. A serious fault was identified with the car within a week of buying the car, which MSP failed to fix. The car emitted blue/grey smoke and had several other faults, but MSP only did a an oil change to attempt to rectify this. This company cannot be trusted to provide a decent service, they have poor expertise of knowledge about the cars they sell. The issue with this seller has gone to court and it ruled in my favour for a full refund to be made. They have flouted the court judgement and refused to pay the debt. They have lied about their responsibility and have cheated me by refusing to refund me when they have taken possession of the car after an inspection, which they could not provide evidence for. This has been a frustrating and distressing experience, which I would want anyone else to avoid. Do not use this dealer as there is absolutely nothing prestigious about them.

Purchased a car in march. They closed due to covid.. Car Packed up within 1 day. Took it back in June to be fixed under warranty. Its now September and they've done nothing but fob me off. I've tried asking for money back and told that as I accepted a repair that's the only option. 1 sales guy even takes to swearing at me if i see him.. Lovely. Main contact just keeps telling me my cars next and will call me soon.. Never does. So call him back and cars still next to be fixed. 6 Months since I bought it and Nothing to show for it.

traveled 180 miles to see the car after they did a walk round video for me. On arrival the car was filthy and had numerous faults. I should of walked away but the was blagged by one of their cowboys who agreed to put it right. 2 weeks later no updates. Then was told they can't deliver. No directors in the company. No showroom just a graveyard of cars and con men. I'm £1200 down in fixing oil leaks and paint work ect. Also the car came with a bald tyre that passed the mot!. So the mot place they use is as bent as them. If your reading this cancel your agreement with them im shocked they haven't been shut down yet. Worst experience I have ever had. Lucky for them I'm 180 miles away. I won't do this again

in a statement to my previous post. https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/midlands-sports-prestige?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 look at their buying history, via the positive reviews. they buy car parts, to just reinforce what i said. and this is one thing that leaves a trace, what about the buying we don't see. if you have bought a car off them, check the MOT history. an google the garage addresses to see if they have been forged. if they have, contact Trading standards and the Police. be warned they will attempt to close this company when it all catches up. and restart again, they was known as D&G automotive before this., so if you check here https://www.cardealerreviews.co.uk/dealership/dandg-automotive-burton-on-trent-staffordshire-england you will see a pattern. they are using loopholes to get out of actually being held accountable for their actions. they should be in jail for how many peoples lives they have endangered. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=midlands+sports+and+prestige If anyone has Social Media Influence, Please get a picture of them up and name and shame them for the peoples lives they have put at risk.

I saw an R32 at midlands sport and prestige and I fell in love!! I applied for the finance while I was there and everything went through fine. We agreed I would go and collect the car on the Friday (this was Monday). The car didn’t have a recent MOT so they did one during the week (on Wednesday) and it failed on two minor things (headlight bulb and something else) I though it’s not an issue it’s an easy fix so whatever. Come Friday morning and I had to call them so many times to see what time I could get there for (the drive was around an hour) they eventually answered and said they had to take the car to another garage to do another MOT but they couldn’t do it at their garage because the system was down. They said they’d call when the test was done and it was back at their garage. They never called!! No MOT was done that day. I tried calling them but no answer. The next day I called them and got through and they said the other garage didn’t have time to do the new MOT and they’d get it done that day. In the afternoon they finally did the MOT (after me checking the GOV website a million times) to find the car HAD FAILED ON 15 THINGS!! I’m not even exaggerating. I called them to ask how on earth could the car go from failing on two minor things to failing 15 major things in a few days!? All they said was ‘I don’t know’ I told them to keep the car and they can get f*ucked. I called the finance company and explained what had happened and that I wanted to cancel the finance as I was still in the cooling off period. They said it’s fine but I’d have to call the garage to tell them to send their money back. Honestly I called them every single day for about 2 weeks to tell them to give the finance the money back so it can get cancelled. Each time they said ‘yes that’s fine I’ll transfer it back’ blah blah blah *yawn* they DIDNT give the money back. Eventually the finance settled it for me so they could get me out of the picture and they fought between themselves. It really wouldn’t surprise me if they still haven’t given them the money back after all this time. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! they are doing dodgy MOTs on their cars and they would have let me drive home in a death trap. They may seem like ‘nice’ men in person but something is seriously wrong here. Due to these t*wats I no longer trust independent garages. The cars are not even in good condition 90% of them either had mould growing on the seats and/or body work damage.

I would warn anyone to stay away from this company. My 21 year old daughter bought a car from here for her hard saved £8000. The car was meant to be serviced and faults corrected on collection. We turned up and no MOT had been performed but were told it would be collected and sorted a week later, We have now had the car missing for 2 weeks but worst was they let a 21 year old drive away in a illegal car!! 2 Weeks later the car is still not back and we will be seeking legal advice.

Good luck getting the car back they had ours for 6 weeks, we had to get police involved and the car had not been touched. Ours was timing chain and broken springs we have had to fork out more money to get it repaired

Bought a car in December 2019 and it broke down 2 weeks after purchasing. The car went to five different garages for months on end. No communication, no after sales and not a care for their customers. The car is still not fixed and we are waiting a refund but this is 10 months on. An refund was agreed almost 2 weeks ago and still no refund! Its been a headache and a serious battle since December 2019 - PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Liars and don’t communicate. Car was meant to be there day before it wasn’t. After waiting for 9 days, mainly ignored in 9 days. We arrived at 12:30 Friday didn’t actually get the car until 7:30pm. Ignored for five hours even offered tea didn’t come. We had to keep chasing them for an update. After being left in a grotty waiting area. Then management left someone else to deal with the problem. Went home without a word. No apology nothing. I even asked for a refund in the five hours to be told to wait longer as the driver was meant to be on his way back with car. Apparently stuck in crash traffic. No crash or traffic information online. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone, no staff has any respect for management and it’s just run in shambles. I was offered 6 months warranty but no paperwork. Car was taken to independent garage for a check and they or me can’t fault the car. Just the staff who lie and don’t communicate. £10300 cash sale too. No respect for customers.

Bought and illegal car from them, illegal in 2 different ways, could not drive for 6 weeks after purchase, was left on forecourt for over 3 weeks had original owners rubbish in! no knowledge of the car 1 run flat tyre on failed a mot after it sailed through their own, spent nearly 1k rectifying problems after being ignored and now need to pay more to unblock a dpf that had been done. Should not be allowed to trade in it for the money and ignore you when confronting them. Day light robbery, AVOID or REGRET!!!
