I'm genuinely shocked by some of these reviews as I bought a Yaris from here recently and had a great experience. From reserving it online using the chat facility with Alan, I went in and dealt with John. I test drove it and pointed out things that needed doing before I was prepared to buy the car. Both members of staff were helpful, courteous and professional and in my opinion a credit to the company. The sales service was great, I received a part exchange price for my old car and I was kept updated on my new car being ready as it needed some paint work sorting, which was done to a high standard. I had to pop back into Motor Range over Easter weekend as an engine light came on unexpectedly and when I did I received a bunch of flowers and Easter eggs for the kids which was lovely and made me feel valued. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motor Range as I feel that the staff I dealt with seemed to care that I had a good experience and the sale was processed efficiently. I like being able to write positive reviews and feel this is well deserved.

Avoid this dealership like the plague. Don't know how they are still trading based on my experience here. I personally think that people who give positive reviews must be family members or paid to review as my experience was very different. Bought a car from them noise in the engine and several other faults. Had the car in for repair six times and repairs never done. Never returned my calls. Receptionists would not let me speak to managers. Had to call ombudsman who thankfully got all my money back after 12 months of investigations. I will never go there again. Should have listened to my friends.

Bought my Audi A6 from motor range delighted with the car but I have only had it 1 day, Nick bleasdale dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner , never felt pressured and because of weather brought the cars that we were interested in to us and then left us alone to decide, nothing was to much trouble, excellent service. Only 1 issue car wasn't valeted properly and tree leaves under the bonnet. Other than that would recommend them. Thanks nick , great service.

Just picked up my Kia Sportage, it is a 2012 model and in great condition. However on collecting I noticed a new, quite small, dent in the near side rear door. I pointed this out to Dave who has been handling the sale, he quickly fetched the manager who then inspected the new damage. This has been noted and they are arranging a courtesy car and fetching the Kia in to repair. Not the best thing to find on collecting your new pride and joy, but they have (so far) dealt with the whole process in a professional and polite manner. I have also noticed the rear tail gate lights are not working, even though it has a fresh 12 month MOT. I will pick this up with Dave and report back when both the door repair and light issues are resolved. So far I really cannot fault them....only thing I would say, when spending a large sum of money with any garage....put the kettle on guys A cup of coffee would be appreciated.

Rang up about a Ford Mondeo that Motor Range had for sale and arranged to look at it. When I got there the car had been sold, they knew I was coming but didn't bother to call me to say the car had been sold, anyway cut a long story short purchased a Vauxhall Insignia, paid cash but wouldnt knock any money off, when I picked the car up was told new mats was in the boot which was 2nd hand and there was a front mat missing the other one was ripped. The car was supposed to be valeted but the wheels were filthy, anyway drove off noticed window screen chipped, called next morning no one called me back ended up getting it fixed myself in the end. I was told the car was fully serviced (I strongly disagree) had it 6 weeks now and done 2500k and it's saying it needs a service, the customer service is rubbish avoid this car dealer.
