An absolute waste of time! We went on Saturday to see the car. Have telephoned the salon in Aintree, Liverpool 2 hours before our appointment slot and have been advised the car will be ready, they will top up the fuel, full valet etc. We drove about 60 miles over to Liverpool and upon the arrival have been told the car HAS BEEN SOLD. Nobody even apologies, we spoke to the manager who was going through some options with us, were we were clearly not interested in the other cars, so even more waste of time, waste of money and extremely big disappointment. Ironically, the personal data was collected and now we are flooded with scam emails, text and God knows what else now... One big disgrace, still cannot understand why tell us the car is available, dragging us all the way over just to say the car has gone. And why the advert is still available on the website? Please do avoid and do not waste your time on them!

The sales department are amazing. Couldn’t be any more helpful,,, or is that because they want your money? After sales awful.. it has taken 7 months to rectify an issue that was present at the time of purchase and I had to constantly chase up. No one has ever been back in touch to ensure I am happy. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I dealt with Jason he was Brill no complaints at all any car i wanted to look at he brought me the keys helped me look at the car as boot space was the key as i'm an lower left leg amputee, Jason was not pushy at all. i had a few cars to think about so i left it for a few days he was not like ohh u need to buy it or reserve it he shook my had and said if u need any think to ring him which i thought was fantastic service he was like a best friend. a few days later i had made my mind up so i went back and bought the car the only thing i wasn't happy with was the extra £99 extra charge on top for admin fee's as the car already had 11 months MOT on and already been serviced but i still decided to buy the car because of Jason on the grounds of he made me and my family very welcome we all had drinks and the kids had a colouring in pack with some sweets in and other things plus he gave my 2yr old balloons which to me he looked after my family and that's 100% excellent service big Thank you to Jason At the Motor Range Bootle Branch

Bought car last june from Motor Range haven't used much about 3 months ago noticed water behind passenger seat had it checked mechanic reported gap in seem apparantly missed by manufacturer when i told motor range they just fobbed me off saying nothing to do with them and it would cost £60per hour to look seems like they take your money and run BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES avoid motor range like the plague no apology NOTHING

Bought a vehicle from Motor Range after a three week up hill struggle, never return a call (don't think there can phones ring out). Put vehicle £400 more than agreed price and then insisted on us taking there gap insurance on for additional £495, I could have got same policy with the for £179. I would never use or recommend this company again, worst company I have ever dealt with, utterly unprofessional.

Had nothing but problems since day 1, First of all motor range delayed settling the finance on my old car which meant I got missed payments which went on my credit file eventually this all got sorted the delay in which motor range sorted this was a shambles I called everyday to be told that someone will call me back, Nobody ever did it took me driving to the dealership 3 times and refusing to leave for some attention to be payed to it. Secondly I had a recal on my car by the manufacturer (no fault of motor ranges) whilst there they carried out a vehicle health check and condemned the brakes 4 corroded brake discs and 2 pads down to metal, I’ve had the car 5 months and been told by 2 mechanics who have over 30 years experience each it never should have passed the MOT, So now I have to pay £400 to get 4 new discs and 2 new pads il post a picture on anouther review of the brake pads. Don’t bother getting in touch you’ll just be told your wrong basically and that minimum brake mm was 4mm which then changed to 2mm the next email. Case will be raised with DVSA I can strongly strongly strongly recommend no one buys from here they are nothing but crooks who don’t care after they sell you the car.

Bought a Mondeo from Motor Range with a Warranty for 2 years. It's included in my finance. Seen the option to review here after posting a review in Google. It was a great experience. John and Brian were both really helpful and open about how Motor Range operate. If you are travelling any distance make sure to reserve the car you want. When I visited last week the place was full of people I have read some reviews of people travelling up like I did from around the country. Reserve the car!!! you can understand how quickly a relative bargain like my Mondeo can sell, the place was absolutely crazy. A scouser was also looking at the Mondeo which I had placed a reservation on and he wasn't too happy which was a weird situation as it had a sold sticker on it. Spoke to a couple from Ireland and a bloke from the Wirral when I was there too who both had bought cars. Really friendly compared to other show rooms.

Was having a browse at the cars at Motor Range when a nissan note caught our eye salesman called colin approached us - not pushy at all - right attitude!!- gave us a run down on the car and decided ok - told him it would be a cash sale but was waiting for funds to arrive in the bank - he agreed to a £200 deposit to hold it- week later cash arrived and returned to collect the car - colin was busy with another customer so guy called lee took over with the sale -seem like a good bunch of guys there - sale done i drove away happy - had a good look at car at home - v clean and tidy even under bonnet - oil was clean on dipstick - recent oil change - but tyre inflation kit was missing - returned to motor range and saw lee gave me the kit immediately - all in all v ery good friendly service with no messing will return for a service - good coffee as well also joined in with the banter with the guys wouldn't mind a job there !!

I Tested as many cars as I wanted. The Dealer Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful, he didn't force me into making a decision, even thou I was still in the car show room until after 8pm. I was recommended to go to motor range in bootle by my daughter as she also had purchased a car there. Matt was a great help and is an asset to have at motor range.
