Bought 08 mondeo, soon as i left took it back engine management light , turn lights on when home and taillight didn't work, front sidelight even though it was supposed to be MOT'd 16th Jan. Not pleased i've had to take day off work to sort these problems and my cost, plus there are advisories for new tyres and was told there was no advisories.

This is the second car I have purchased from the guys. When I went in for the second time I could not believe how much the guys had expanded taking in another 200 cars in stock! So much more to choose from with that personal service. Always happy to take there time and help! Decided to go for a BMW X5, so much power and a great drive! Great prices great guys, could not recommend anyone better!

After having a look around the forecourt the sales guys happily went through which ones were in my budget. At the end we took a Discovery 4 on a test drive ! From the moment we got back I knew it was the one for me. Good history, clean and a long MOT! Will be coming again for my weekend drive maybe a Porsche next !

Went to see a car that was priced quite high but in the description it was in great condition fully serviced with new tyres and so on. Once I arrived the alarm bells started going as I drove to the back of the property which had a load of stripped down cars and it was part of the same site. Then onto the vehicle, I moved swiftly checking the bodywork only to find the wingmirror housing smashed. Not a great start. The tyres where worn and uneven which was totally opposite of description. The the nail in the coffin, the full service history was missing a year then the latest service was not stamped by mistake apparently. Oh and that's the one the cambelt should have been changed at too. With no receipt either. So no history for 26k and a year missed elsewhere now means full history? Huummm.

"Just a sensor fault" "We're aware of it and the part is on order". Probably not worth letting the public test drive something that goes into limp mode (restricted to 30 MPH) then. Benefit of the doubt though. Call me when its fixed then. Never heard back. Beware of Motor Store.

Be carefull as the cars are not in a good condition as they will say and I will recommmend to have the car tested TO AN INDEPENDENT GARAGE before you buy it. Don't trust them, specially the customer service team. They told us the car dones't have any issues, aftre we did the test drive we check to have a finance for it. Once they approved our finance, we went to pick up the car. After 3 days the car brake down and from there started to be more problematic with thier customer service. They didn't repair it and they left us with more problems then the car had in the firt instance. I will not recommend this seller at all. They tried to hide all the bad reviews from all the webistes. Please don't waste your time with them, go to different company.

Rude salesmen, didn't care about the sale, imagine what they are like with the after sale. Looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one who experienced bad service
