I want to leave a review here because I am very happy with my new 2010 Audi A6. I live close to Manchester and I asked the salesman to describe the car before I come. I am very surprised the car is even better than they say and the drive is perfect even for a high mileage. Already someone from work ask for Motor Store number and I will give them straight away. They also arange finace and it was very fast and with cheap payments. Definitely I will recomend and buy from Motor Store again.

I decided to take it to my local garage for them to run a diagnostic check on the car.....Well how embarrassing !! the car was not allowed to leave the garage and was illegal to sell , 4 x illegal tyres, TOXIC fumes blowing through heaters, engine leaks, ball joints faulty, and much more !! I was told it would cost thousands to repair !! Contacted dealer for him ANDREI to say it don't sound like a car of ours, he is refusing to fetch this vehicle and says I have to return, even though the cars illegal, PLEASE DONT BOTHER BUYING they will be a danger to you and your families! I am in contact with a solicitor to get this company prosecuted!! Please don't say I haven't told you so!! I am more than happy to prove my 6 page diagnostic check I am trying to find a way to post it online so all can see ..****MOTORSTORE AMERSHAM**** PLEASE THINK OF YOUR SAFTEY AND FAMILYS AND DONT BUY I am disappointed I had my wife and children's lives at risk in this dangerous vehicle and I am so happy nobody got hurt !!! Please if you hear anyone thinking of buying from MOTORSTORE advise them not too!!!

Seems like Motor Store have stopped replying to posts on here. Hardly surprising. Shambles. Review of our experience to follow. Should make interesting reading.

Is there an update on the status of your legal proceedings with this company or for anyone else having a bad experience with a Motor Sales Limited.

Great bunch of guys, especially when you meet in person. Helpful and kind. We bought a Land Rover Discovery from Motor Store out of a wide variety of options. The car was as described and found their manner to be professional and yet welcoming. We definitely felt at ease especially with our 2 young kids, a contrast from other places that we've visited. I would definitely recommend,

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER entertaining this company. The owner and his employees are an ABSOLUTE joke. As ive seen from previous reviews they are not a company that takes customer care into consideration. They sold me a unroadworthy dangerous car, i have 2 children to get to school etc luckily after just 3 days the car started to slack. A professional garage advised me of all 20 problems and refused to repair it as they should never of sold it to me, its still stored at that garage after YES JUST 4 days of purchase. Harry and Andy advised me it was a part exchange and whats the point in making sure they are safe hahahaha GOOD STUFF!! But it was advertised as efficient and reliable lol, the SRS light was on i asked why, Harry advised it just needed switching on ERRRRRR No the garage said it was a permanent fault and it should have been sold as spares or repair. I now am at loggerheads with these rogue traders as they think their customer service skills are amazing and none of this is wrong. Please please please do not trust them. You wont know 100% what your buying from them.

As unrepresentative as this car may have been of our business we are forced to respond to these reviews as their are profoundly false and legally we have no other measure available against people posting lies about Motor Store on-line The vehicle in discussion was sold at trade value of £1,600 and it had then done 130,000 miles. The customer's complaint is founded on a failed MOT more specifically 4 failed items and 10 advisories. Most of the advisories refer to worn tyres, breaks and rust on exhaust but also to the covers that are fitted around the engine. The failed items were worn out screen wipers, a head-light aim, a £20 broken coil spring (which we have offered to pay for) and a temperamental sensor ... all of this on a car that was presented and sold as a part exchange clearance. Our only mistake was to ask our staff to keep the office open until 20:30 so that people with unrealistic expectations could buy a 12 year old car at trade value and still complain about general wear issues. We have sold thousands of other cars, most of which were £10,000 plus, and we only wish that a minor part of our customers would make time for on-line reviews as this would dwarf the very few with problems.

I'm am glad you have posted this reply as it all adds to my case in court, the only lying unrealistic people here are yourselves. The MOT is not the only problems with the car it also has engine problems but I will go through that in court along with the garage it is stoll stored at. Yes I bought a car that was over 12 years old but to expect it to be safe is not unrealistic as I said the MOT is not the only issues so you can gift wrap the issues all you wish. The only liars here are the representatives at Motorstore ltd and I was the stupid one,a woman walking in at 8: 30 pm and buying a vehicle that had the airbag light on that should have been sold as SPARE AND REPAIR and believing everything was ok. You are extremely bad business men.

He sold me a 53 plate Mercedes with 100k on the clock for £2500. He said it was a great car no issues drives nice just had an airbag fault. Then a week later I took it to garage as it was sounding rough to which they went to do an MOT on it. They condemned the car and refused to allow it on the road. They even refused to do the work on it. I spoke to Andy and his answer was we will fix the coil spring but not the other 13 faults. Or we will take the car back minus a £200 administration fee but you have to get the car to us aswell. Or live with the problem. They have no clue and how they have a business is beyond me. Before you even consider buying from Motor Store take the best mechanic you can find with you and go over the vehicle with a fine tooth combe or else you will be lose out like I did.

They have sold a complete pile of rubbish jaguar that broke down after a few miles and they will not do anything to help fix the problem. I would never use them again and I advise people stay clear and use a proper car dealer not a company like this.

I saw the car I really wanted on their website - a high-mileage Mercedes CL500 - but as I live 170 miles away, I called them, spoke to 'Andy', and asked if they would send me a copy of the service history in order that I could understand some of the car's history before I travelled down to view. Andy said he didn't have any details to hand (Eh -really - that's unusual for a dealer??), but he would call the previous owner, get the details, and call me back later that day. He didn't call me back. I 'phoned later that afternoon and spoke to Alex, who said of course they've got the information - he'll get Andy to send it to me that evening. He didn't either call me - or send any information. I 'phoned the following day and spoke to Faris (Whom I later learned that he owned the business) - who confirmed the car was for sale, and that he would scan and send the details that morning. He didn't. Neither did anyone call to tell me why. The car is still for sale a week later - and they won't be selling it to me (for sure). I've happened across some poor business practices in my life - but this outfit really doesn 't inspire - their customer service (what a misnomer!) suggests disorganisation, deceit and poor quality.

I bought a Mercedes S class from this Motor Store car dealer in Amersham last year. Their cars are excellent company driven cars maintained up to very high standards. Highly recommended.
