Had an awful experience at Motorline Direct. Arranged an appointment but when i arrived there was no salesman to be seen. After 20 minutes a receptionist took us to the car and opened the door and we were left to view it. Could not hear it running and were not offered the test drive we had been offered. The inside of the car had not been valeted and the seats were dirty which was surprising as it was on sale at top book price. Eventually the salesman turned up. He made no effort to show us round the vehicle but asked to see my car which I was wanting to part exchange. He didn't inspect the vehicle at all but simply switched the engine on and checked the mileage. We then went into the office and he asked how I was intending to finance the deal. As soon as I said it would be cash he seemed to loose interest. He went into an office then came back with a derisory offer for my car which was at least a thousand pounds below its true value. He I said it was far too low he made no attempt to negotiate. My visit was a complete waste of time. They appear to sell cars at top book and offer absolutely basement trade in values. If your not looking to finance a deal I would make thorough enquiries before viewing.

Couldn't fault motor line from start to finish. Did everything they said they would when discussing a purchase. Jas was my salesman and his approach was spot on. Will certainly consider consider motor line again when I change next. Rob
Steer clear of Motorline Direct in Loughborough if you want a decent level of service. They are not bothered about selling you a car but very interested in taking your money. Didn't want to show me the car. Didn't let me take the car for a test drive. Beware especially if travelling to get there.
I purchased a new car from Motorline Direct In November last year and I couldn't be happier with the car. Priced and presented exceptionally which is what drew me to Motorline in the first place. The salesman I dealt with made sure I was fully aware of the cars details and history, and made sure all the paperwork was completed efficiently and prompt ,so the handover was straight forward. My old car was taken in part exchange and I was happy with the price given for that which helped towards my new car. Overall a great buying experience and would definitely use Motorline again. Thank you.

Purchased a BMW 1 series from Motorline Direct in Loughborough and that's where the trouble started! Was rushed through the sale and not offered to test drive and later it became apparent why, two weeks after buying the car on my way to work smoke started bellowing from the bonnet and low and behold my clutch had gone not only that so had the flywheel which I was told the dealership would have been aware of at the point of sale because it was so badly shot to pieces. The dealership did pay for the work as I was just within my ridiculously short warranty but not without a fight! My next issue was with the service, I was told at the point of sale that the car has had a full service yet to only discover that it hadn't as my warning light came on and I was then told by a mechanic that it hadn't been serviced in a long time, I did contact Motorline direct only to be fobbed off with a bit of paper that meant nothing and told they couldn't provide me any more information on my car due to data protection (not sure whose data they are protecting here) I did go back to them to be contact by a solicitor working on behalf of them to which I just thought I cant be bothered and left it at that. A year later in fact around two weeks ago the car sprung an oil leak which was at first discovered to be a seal. So I thought my problems were solved only to get the car back to my house to find oil pouring out of it once again. Once back at the garage it was discovered that the crankshaft had completely gone and caused a mini explosion in my engine so currently the car which I once loved is sat in Essex having a bottom end engine rebuild. You may read this and think that its just bad luck but no not according to every mechanic who has looked at the car and can only determine that the reason this has happened is that the clock has in fact been put back as there is no way that a diesel engine with only 65,000 miles on it would go like mine has. My final problem with this whole experience is that the car was falsely advertised to have Bluetooth... it doesn't and I would have known that had I of had time to look at more that just the exterior of the car when purchasing. Lesson learnt for me but as far as Motorline direct go, they are not to be trusted.
Motorline Direct are a decent place, a car is a car at the end of the day but its running well so I'm happy. The salesman wasn't pushy or anything and everything went smoothly, the car could have been a little cleaner but that might just be me being picky.

I bought a great car and the customer service was definitely on point, the car was ready earlier than I expected and it was nicely valeted inside and out. The price was very fair compared to other dealership I'd looked at. Motorline direct are definitely worth checking out.

Brilliant buying experience, Motorline Direct in Loughborough helped me all the way through, they took care of all the paperwork and were nice enough to hold the car for me when I forgot some documents, I highly recommend them, top marks from me.

I went to Motorline Direct Loughborough on the 14.05.15. They rang me at work to see if I was still going over said I was asked me to bring my licence with me. I had been offered up to £4000 at other garages for my part exchange but had not found the right car yet, however at Motorline Direct in Loughborough the person dealing with me was Mark Holton said what you looking for, a couple a grand? The car I was looking at was in very good condition but over priced by about £1500 to £2000. I suggest do not deal with this place unless you want to throw money away, there are a lot better places to buy a car.
I was not given my initial deposit back and the car has a reoccurring dpf fault and banging on brake system I asked them twice to fix during warranty period they said no problems were apparent upon inspection they also took my years tax which DVLA refunded to them not me
